Manong Fish Balls was my inspiration to create my original version of this sweet and spicy fish ball sauce. It’s a one-for-all sauce and the perfect dip for your favorite Filipino street food. So, let’s start making “tusok” “tusok” the fish balls!
Ingredients for my Sweet and Spicy Fish Ball Sauce:
* water
* all-purpose flour
* cornstarch
* brown sugar
* soy sauce
* salt
* pepper
* onions
* garlic
* bird's eye chilies (siling labuyo)
