Cause I was practicing applying makeup, when I try to use the eyelash curler, it's only getting the middle and not the sides. My eyelash curler says it's for round eyes shape, mine is I think almond

My dear, this Shu Uemura curler (wich is way flatter and longer than the rest) fits perfectly with your eye length and curvature. That' s actually why it works. If the curve was more pronounced and the metal band shorter, it would sink and hurt your lashline. So, the secret is the same than with a diadem wich fits our skull or a bra wich fits our contour and cup😉. 🧛🏻♀️🖤
for people who still can't make it work, there is a lash curler that is half the size of a regular eyelash curler. It would take a few passes, but it will accommodate your lashes entirely.

It’s pricey I’m not going to lie I think $24 or something crazy but when I tell you this curler has never once pinched me and it curls the outer ones everytime🙌🏻
Did you ever get a wider eyelash curler and did it work better? I have a shu uemura one that I can’t get the hang of and would looooove a wider eyelash curler.
My method is lining the curler on the inner corner and the there'd be a gap between the metal and my outher corner so I pull the end of eyelid up to the metal and then move upwards
Omg, I was going to throw away my old cheap eye culrler and buy a brand- new expensive one but with you tips my old curler works great! (I also saw at sb else's that you can curl only the tips as the last step but it probaaly works well only on long lashes)
Want a better curl that lasts longer? Use a hair dryer to heat your lash curler. Not too hot! Your eyes are sensitive! (But I personally prob do hotter than most ppl could stand bc I'm used to it.) Then touch to make sure it's not too hot & then curl your lashes like normal. I started this as a teen bc I've always hated the feeling of a cold lash curler against my eyes. & then I realized how much better it works. I even use a bic lighter or small torch lighter if in a pinch. You just can't hold the flame of a reg lighter to the curler bc it'll turn it black & you risk melting the rubber/plastic cushion part. & remember whether using a blow dryer or lighter, touch the curler first for safety after heating to make sure it isn't too hot before you use on the eyes.❤

Please be careful ..this will stretch the skin there and prevent proper closure leading to higher risk of opportunistic infections. But you do what feeds your soul. Be safe and happy.
Think in lash curlers EXACTLY like bras work (band size + cup size) Measure: 1. How long is your lash line. 2. How protruding or flat your eyeballs are. Knowing it, you can watch reviews where these two parameters are compared and choose the one that fits you. If my eyes were boobs, they should need a loooong 46 band size but a super flat AA cup size 😅 🧛🏻♀️🖤
Can you ever get a stye using a eyelash curler? I have been using castor oil to grow my eyelashes and thankfully it's working because my eyelashes feel longer but I'm thinking of using a eyelash curler to make them appear longer and voluminous
If you have very deep set hooded eyes this technique still won’t work. Even more so if on top of that your eyes are very round - in this instance a precision lash curler is key- made such a huge difference to my routine

A small corner lash curler works really well too. Looks similar to a regular curler but the curler is only like 1cm wide.

u should move ur lash curler up as ur curl to get like a C shape it makes ur lashes hold the curl better and gives it like a lash lift look😛

It may be different for you, but it works better for me just to push them up with my finger
