Seems like that's how it goes for a lot of the older Walmarts that get left behind- get replace by 2 or 3 things, roughly. The Walmart in Loveland, CO was replaced by Hobby Lobby (I have a video of that) and Big Lots. Nowadays, Big lots became an arc thrift, the hobby lobby became a fitness gym and the picklr.
This reminds me of a Target in Canada that i live by. It has been changed into Sephora, Ardene, furniture store, grocery store and a Planet Fitness, and theres space still for 1 more tenant.
Canada's Target is a whole beast as I recall from seeing videos about it in the past... Doesn't surprise me, I notice many of the big box end up being turned into a handful of smaller-format businesses, sometimes along with a larger format. I know of a Kmart that got taken over by a Safeway Grocery store along with a bunch of small tenants.
@@optopolisvault Ya, I much prefer having multiple stores instead of one big one. How Target entered Canada was terrible, they weren't ready to go international.
Technically more than just stores-- It was divided into three spaces: Snowy Range Academy, Dollar Tree, and Staples. Has a bit of a plot twist though. Staples closed (video on the main @Optopolis channel), and it later became LEAP fitness. Around the time I uploaded this walkthrough of Dollar Tree, Dollar Tree had closed with plans of the Academy expanding into the Dollar Tree portion of the building.
The former Walmart in my hometown is divided into 3 stores Big Lots, Farmers Furniture and a Tractor Supply

That's cool
How many stores was this former Walmart divided into? This is something you don't see everyday, a former Walmart divided into several smaller spaces.
