SAF requires a lot of money than conventional kerosene and may increase the ticket fares. And this A388 requires a lot of SAF so the ticket prices may increase in A380 sectors.And not kinda economically sustainable.keep up the good work EK….

Assalamualaikum. I am a frequent flyer with Qatar airways and love their service. I use both economy and business class. This is the first time in my life I have used Emirates and disappointed.
1. From Dhaka to Dubai, upgrade was unusually expensive. A lot of economy seats were empty and I saw people changing seats and even using 3 of the seats together to lay down. The front seat which is close to the washroom was completely empty. I used the washroom and don’t wanted to disturb the lady who was seating on the aisle seat and she looked exhausted. So I sat at the front seat for 5 minutes and was stretching my legs. One of the cabin crew lady came and told me suddenly exactly this line that “this seats costs money” sounded so rude and no smile on face. I left the seat. I didn’t know in the same class if the seats are empty airline gets so hungry about money.
2. I rang the bell 5 times for water and no one showed up.
Don’t just get hungry about money. Better service will bring money anyway. Hopefully it will be the last flight with Emirates.
And last thing, I have no idea why it’s so hard to put a smile on their face.
