I thought or I would think in order to take Pac's beat to All Eyes on Me and make a video, he would have to get permission and/or have to pay Tupac's estate and/or the person who produced the beat. If not, then he would get sued. The people in charge of Pac's estate just wouldn't let anyone use it either. I thought or I would think in order to take Pac's beat to All Eyes on Me and make a video, he would have to get permission and/or have to pay Tupac's estate and/or the person who produced the beat. If not, then he would get sued. The people in charge of Pac's estate just wouldn't let anyone use it either. That's another reason I believe that this is the person that played Tupac's character because of how he was able to use that beat. The world is just a stage as they say. It reminds of the Surviving R. Kelly documentary where they are attacking his character, but, at the same time, they are playing parts of his songs throughout it all. In order to play R. Kelly's songs on the documentary, they would have to get permission to use them or else the network would get sued. So in order for them to use them and get permission, they would have to ask and get R. Kelly to agree to it. In a nutshell, all this stuff is fake and scripted. R.
