"Goku vs. Injustice Superman" Comic Episode 1

Within the infinite multiverse, Batman, leader of the Insurgents contacted someone from another earth different from theirs. What if Son Goku fought Injustice Superman?

I really love it so far. The only real 'flaw' was Goku punching Superman to another planet, that's not really how he fights but I understand it was a necessary contrivance to power up Superman too and a much better excuse than 'Goku just stood there for 50 years while Superman flew into a sun instead of intercepting him when he tried to fly away'.
I think keeping it to SSJ was a smart choice as well and Batman's comments being linked to Goku by the transition was really nice.

What are you talking about? Goku didn't even go Super Saiyan yet in this comic.
But I have to say that I thing anything over the normal Super Saiyan would be overkill for Superman. Because I don't think that Supes would be able to survive anything that could annihilate a whole planet, and beyond normal Super Saiyan we're talking about forms that could easily generate enough power to destroy the entire solar system or more in a single blast.

@@Bigbkicker Mainly him yes, but most other iterations of Superman as well. I know that its often hard to get a solid read on Superman's limitations (when he actually has them) due to DC's inconsistencies in his abilities, but generally he is weaker than planet destruction levels. And other than a few outliers (like Nul-Superman) I don't think that there are any normal versions of Superman capable of surviving potentially universe destroying levels of energy.

Loved the detail of Goku using Super Saiyan Power, instead of full SSJ. He needs the buff, but doesn't wanna escalate juuust yet. He wants to feel out the fight a bit more and test Superman's limits, as well as his own.
