It was Key monastery annual 'Cham Dance Festival' in Kaza (Spiti) and I went there on 12th July 2018. Sorry but I am not aware if it also named as 'Gustar Festival' as you mentioned. It was a wonderful experience for me. Best wishes for your trip there.
Tenzin Dadul can’t explain in words that how beautiful Spiti valley is! It was a lifetime experience watching the Kee Festival. Above all Spiti people are awesome!

Sorry, but dont know about Cham script. I was in Spiti Valley in India and shoot this video where Buddhist Lamas were performing Dance (Cham Dance)
Cham means dance in Tibetan language... everything have their own meaning in this ritual mask dance ..
