The Little Princess (1939)

Captain Crewe, called to fight in the Second Boer War, has to leave his daughter Sara (Shirley Temple) with her pony at Miss Minchin's School for Girls. Everything is perfect until news arrives of the captain's death.
This is the first Shirley Temple film to be filmed entirely in Technicolor!
