  • Each of us has the extraordinary capacity for boundless love and compassion, yet these qualities often lie untapped. The Four Immeasurable is a traditional Buddhist practice of extending love, compassion, joy and equanimity toward all beings.
Anam Thubten leads this practice, which has the power to bring deep healing for ourselves and the world.
Thubten grew up in Tibet and at an early age began to practice in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. In addition to launching the Dharmata Foundation in the San Francisco Bay Area, Thubten is a published author who teaches widely in the U.S, Europe and Asia.
