AddOns for Gmail doesn't work. Only Chrome extension. I made a test campaign for Chrome (both for the sender and recipients, which were two). Open campaign reports are incorrect - both emails were opened, but the report shows that only one. The system in Opens Tab incorrectly recognizes the browser on which the email was opened. The report showed that the message was opened in ... firefox, and in fact it was chrome. Timestap is also incorrect. The correct one is UTC+1, and the report is UTC. Is there any way to fix it?
