Absolutely new Trick P1V6P drive shaft vs used for several years Tama Speed Cobra drive shaft.
The pedals are parallel and adjusted equally, the springs are new and equally tensioned.

Did you have to adjust the slave pedal angle? Mine raised the footboard. Thanks!
As I remember - no. Just placed Trick shaft after Cobra's.

You were right. Trick rises the board. I ve mentioned it when placed Tama's shaft back.
My speed cobra left beater swing only 4 to 5
And right one swing around 28
Any suggestion?? Please

Why are the beaters swinging at different rates when the spring tensions are equal? Mine moves exactly together. I added some weight to my main beater to compensate for the extra weight from the shaft. I dont know if I am doing something wrong or missing something. Any insights would be appreciated! Thank you!
Even though the spring tensions are "equal" in terms of tightening...The momentum from the drive shaft varies the momentum of the beater slightly. I know this is an old comment, but figured I would answer for anyone else wondering the same.

Just bought same drive shaft for my speed cobras slave spring makes funny noise with it no noise with speed cobra drive shaft any ideas thanks
I have the same problem. But I don't pay attention on that.
it might be your spring needs oiled!

I have the blacked out speed cobra 910. I was considering purchasing a double of that and purchasing the trick driveshaft. Does the speed cobra have to be filed down / modified to fit the drive shaft? I remember seeing someone file down their iron cobra to make the trick driveshaft fit
This shaft doesn’t fit my tama310
Is the trick shaft a square key hole? Or half circle?
Cause theres 2 versions of this trick shaft, the dw version is called Trick P1V6DW V6 and the TAMA one is Trick P1V6P
