Jake is beautiful, charismatic and a lovely man. He's my top 2 in this group but his dancing is lower tier within this group. I mean, they have Niki. He kind of blows everyone else out of the water.
I actually enjoy that she is giving honest feedback and not sugar-coating everything. If we are watching reaction videos it can‘t always be just positive... that‘s real life :) and giving feedback isn‘t being negative or mean in general.
I remember when they joined I-land, everyone else had been dancing for years but Jake had only been dancing for 2 months so he might be weaker because he doesn't have nearly as much experience as the others. Great video! :)
Im so happy you addressed this. They all had different starting levels, and Jake had the LEAST amount of training period. Picked out of auditions out of hundreds, managed to pass iland and became a part of ENHYPEN. He continues to amaze me everyday, his skills are top notch as the day goes by, im so proud of him.
Literally the fact that she immediately picked out Niki Heesung and Jungwon just makes me so happy because they are the best dancers in the group and execution is always on point. Also my bias are Heesung and Jungwon .
I loved this reaction! It's hard to find honest, unfiltered, reactions to K-pop groups. The fact that she called out Ni-ki as a skilled dancer, so quick, without any prior knowledge shows the credibility of her technical opinions. Yes some may be sensitive about some comments, such as hairstyles, but that's just subjective, and I hardly think Enhypen are going to be that concerned about that so why should we.....
The fact that she noticed that Jake looked tired was insane, I didn't even notice it which is sad on my part since I'm a fan but I gotta say, dancers really have an eye for detail and this woman here has got it.
Jake had been trained in dancing for only 2 months before I-Land so I understand why he seems to be weaker or more easily tired since he doesn't have nearly as much experience in dancing as the other members, especially Niki since he used to be a back up dancer for Shinee when he was a kid and since he was only 16 at the time, it does show how much of his life he has spent dancing compared to the others
right, basically jake has only been dancing for more or less 2 years while others are 4 years and up. I like how she immediately noticed how good ni-ki was and for what I remembered he was dancing since he was 6 or 7? that's like 10 years of dancing that's why his moves are always better than other members.

If the company wanted them to wear a different shoes for practice so that it will not ruin the floor The boys would comply if that was the rule. But I guess not. She picked out Niki right away. Niki is awesome 🥰. Thank you for reacting to Enhypen.
it's not that they don't dance well in those shoes, but usually in dance studios you are ingrained not to wear shoes that will damage the floor which can be really expensive to fix. On the otherhand as someone else mentioned in the comments artists dont always perform on proper dance stages and/or with dance shoes which should have also been taken into account. But yeah Niki's technique is undeniable
when she said jake was tired my smile Dropped :,) alot of engenes have actually been talking about how jake looks extremely tired these days, he isn't smiling like before especially during/after performances. i hope he finds the happiness he got from performing again and brings it back to us, he's improved with his dancing but yes, he does seem very tired.
yeah, maybe hes tired or having difficulty keeping up, that could always happen to someone. i guess well see in future stages if he improved. personaly i think that dance style just not for him, theres a lot of hitting points and its really fast
As an ENGENE who has been with them since I-land: the honest opinions of her are really refreshing and should not be lost due to people disagreeing in the comments, plz keep her here reacting, its so refreshing to hear her feedback. Its fair that she eyed in on Jake because she said what she said, and yes it was sad, but at the same time, its understandable because she has no knowledge of each member or the group as a whole. We engenes know how much Jake has improved and we support his improvement continuing in the future to come. All the members are really well-rounded and even someone who doesn't really know the group can tell that they are well-rounded and will improve.
Ummm, but there are other performances of Fever in other clothing if that's the issue lol. She says Jake isn't good 😭 I saw the cursor on him and she moved it quickly. Well, Jake keeps improving and keeps getting better. I'm very proud of him and I think he's doing well despite only 9 months training before I-Land. At least he's living his dream of being an idol
the hair, clothing, and shoe talk is not needed, do your little video talking about DANCING then go on instead of pausing every second to care about style
Idc what anyone says "she’s just unfiltered and we love it😌💅" NO. She’s being weird af talking shit abt there outfits and hair. Ma’am u are here to watch them dance, not style them. Also what I’ve learned throughout my years of being around the dancing community (all different types) is that dancers try to uplift and help other dancers that may not be doing or showing their best bc they were once at a stage like them. But she’s just blatantly calling ppl bad and it’s just weird af to me. Like yes. Give them constructive criticism that’s normal, but not just shitting on a person for their hair, shoes, outfits, etc.🤷♂️
its a dance, its visual what you wear its important. some dances look better in baggy clothes, and some dont. certain dance styles have a certain types of clothes they wear, and its for a reason
@@dazed_ ohh so now youre going to say idols are not dancer? be careful, some make come for you for that, and you literaly diregarding idols who were dancers before or now as idols
I would love to see her reactions to Ten's MVs; Dream in a Dream Station Version Dance Practice and the dance performance with Win Win - Lovely! Make it happen!! Please!
the comment about the heels was hilarious..! as someone who spent years in a ballet school, i totally get this lol. but for kpop i think it's different bc they perform in those types of shoes, so they have to practice in them too
Yeah, if they can dance in boots then they can dance on any stages. Idols have to perform on stage that most of the time quite dangerous ie. wet, slippery or even full of confetti. They don't always perform on indoor stage or theatre. And I don't think they can choose their outfit to perform in. More importantly, HYBE seem to be more concerned about the performance than the cost of the flooring.
she's honest but maybe she should've focused in the dance itself rather than negatively commenting on their hair and outfits which the members hve no choice over.+ in the actual stage outfits they do not always wear sneakers so in order to adapt that they initially practice w other types of shoes other members hve been dancing for yrs but jake had no experience in dance until he actually decided to become an idol. its impressive how he catched up with other members despite of training for only 9 months so maybe he shouldn't hve been belittled like that :((
I do get it as far as the floor goes, and to 99% of the dance world that would be appropriate, but for BigHit/Hybe (and other KPop companies), it’s not always the case. They do have a rule for dance practice: show up. That’s it. They’re free to use what they want because 1) often times one or more are coming directly from a shoot or something on schedule, and 2) because they have myriad different shoes - including boots with heels - that they need to perform in so they need to be comfortable in everything they wear. Watch other practices from any group and you’ll see every sneaker ever, Chucks, Chelseas, Timberlands, even cowboy boots. They have to be prepared and comfortable dancing in anything the stylist gives them.
To be fair about the shoes, they have to practice wearing shoes that they will be wearing for performances. Sneakers might have been the dominant theme for the other members in this practice, but they too wear other types of shoes. Same for other groups. They will practice wearing heavy boots, sneakers, dress shoes, etc. One day they could be on SNL, the stage slippery and wearing equally slippery dress shoes. Then night, they could be doing the same choreo on a scuffed stage in sneakers. It's not like they have a dedicated outfit, shoes, and stage, like professional dancers get. They have to practice in tight clothes, baggy clothes, grippy shoes, slippery shoes, heels and no heels, so they don't fall on their ass when they're live. Undoubtedly, that means scuffing their own practice floor. It's also a private space, not a public practice room where other dance classes will be having to deal with the damaged flooring.
Ok she needs to get her delivery in check, maybe its just me but there is a fine line between honest and brutally honest. Like i understand not everything is gonna be positive but the way she said comes across as nasty
im not a dancer, just someone who likes watching dance videos. and i thought the same about jake in blessed and cursed, and i also thought that sunghoon stood out in that one comapred to previous dance practices
Commenting on their hair is not constructive criticism. Just because you think something doesn't mean you have to say it. It made me ignore everything else she said, even if it's valid. Mean for the sake of being mean.
yeah. maybe put your feeling aside for a sec and use you head instead. ignore even ifs its valid? man emotional people like you are scary. ignoring even if its valid lmao im out
her pointing out enha's i dare say dance line in that order was really satisfying & also jungkook dancing & singing to fever is my dream please i screamed when you brought that up!!
She should not be giving her opinion on how the group dances because she is coming from a westernized style of dancing she does not understand how long these guys and ladies in K-Pop train for and i feel her comments are biased so i would appreciate if she was not brought back to give her criticism on these groups that train so hard but that is my opinion do not take it to heart
In regard to fever outfits, the ones they have during stages (the Mnet one for example) are much more fitting in my opinion. I like that she mentions things like shoes and hair that are important to a well done performance. She's giving critique but has reasons for why she's saying it
I like her comments and honesty. I understand the comment about dancing in heel shoes. As an ex-dancer I like to practice in the shoes or type of shoes I would be preforming in so I would be comfortable in them during a performance. Chances are they would wear all sorts of different shoes for performing. Just a thought, no idea what they wear for performances.
I love her, how honest she is and the dance comments are great… but I wish she didn’t comment on their style, it’s not her role.., i love their style and haircut for example
ngl it is her opinion at the end of the day, i was not feeling their outfits that performance either and i have not problem saying it. tbf that probably is not even their style, they get styled by stylists who pick what they should wear when on camera.
@@biscbin this was a year ago but i am going to repeat myself. performing is not just the dancing, singing, rapping etc.. performing also involves the outfits, hair styles, makeup. she is a performer, i have also performed a lot in my life so trust me. just because she didn’t like something about them does NOT she is hating on them, y’all are just too overprotective it’s crazy.
I love that she’s honest but there’s no need for her to judge the hair and the clothes. If she doesn’t like them okay but it’s the fact that her tone when pointing out everything she didn’t like was rude and something I didn’t enjoy watching. Also as for Jake she said he’s a bad dancer? he’s really not! The one thing I can not tolerate is dancer’s taking down other dancer’s. We as dancer’s do not at all discourage others dancing just because you think it’s bad compared to yourself. She’s a contemporary dancer honestly I expected her to be one of the people who don’t take other people down for their own benefits. I personally don’t want her on another video but if you choose to have her again I won’t be watching. (Sorry for the long ass paragraph)
That was my thought. I love honest, thoughtful critiques from professionals. But this felt condescending for the sake of being condescending. Like you're not cool bc you're unimpressed. I thought we got over that mentality in high school.
Fantastic thing about this channel is the range of opinions! I may not pass the vibe check but do check out the other reactors, they may provide you with content you can enjoy! Also I’m a rare appearance… don’t let me put you off!
@@ItsCeeC Thank you! I’m not leaving the channel just because of you so don’t worry about that. Also I realized that this comment may have come off a bit rude to you but I just want you too understand that I have expectations when it comes to reactors and seeing a person react like this to one of the few groups that really helped through hard times put me in a area where I didn’t like. I don’t hate you it’s just the fact that I don’t know you personally so then I can’t judge you for being you but this is the first impression so maybe my opinion will change later on.

I highly recommend watching the group Pixy’s mv/dance practice for their songs addicted and bewitched they are a newer girl group with a dark concept and a unique style of dance
There's honest, and there's brutal. Saying that a new group's older, more experienced labelmate should do their group's song as a solo isn't honest feedback, it's brutal. Implying the members are unnecessary is brutal. Did not pass the vibe check today.
do you understand that this is called constructive criticism.. she is giving actual feedback no matter if it was “brutal” or not. this is how dance teachers teach so please don’t start acting up when your “favourite idols” get called out for lacking in something, this is normal.
I do love the reaction but when you dance these routines, trust me even if you're pro you'll be catching your breath🤣. Kpop idols do have a choice to wear whatever they want but its good to wear different footwear so as to get themselves used to different outfits and ensembles when they perform. This is training for them and they're used to wearing uncomfortable fits, and dont worry about the floors because its the company's responsibility anyway to mend that😅
I've been going through so many of your channel's videos. Started off with your video analysing Stray Kids One Take, and I'm loving the critical eye you all can bring. I know CeeCee has already reacted to some of Hyunjin's dance performances, but seeing her take on Enhypen makes me wish I could see her comment on a Stray Kids dance practice or performance as a group and/or something with DanceRacha (I am thinking maybe something like Domino, Thunderous, Back Door, Easy, Taste, Scars, All In, Maniac or even Silent Cry? Though I would be happy with anything, really.). I am super curious what she would have to say!
The video is tolerable, but some people in the comments aren't really in it for a valid analysis, there's just a lot of people playing devil's advocate just to have a "different" opinion, I dunno, maybe because they seek validation in the internet as well. People more or so just "copy pastes" opinions rather than having one for themselves (atleast some people) off topic though Jake has this swag vibes when he's doing his parts which I notice a lot, I'm not a dancer though, it might just be that I prefer how he moves even at simple parts of the choreography.
Your comment is totes on topic! What stands out to you stands out to you, you can enjoy it and I may not enjoy it and vice versa. Thanks for pointing out what you enjoyed about Jake… if I watch this back I’ll see if I spot what you mean :)
Her criticism isn’t mean. She picked out the dancers in the group! As for Jake, maybe it’s cause he’s had less training, maybe he’s tired or nervous, but he’s the least strong dancer in the group. Not to say he can’t dance because he can, but I think he’s very focused on getting the moves correct that he doesn’t put his own flavor or swag into it. That being said, he’s always caught my eye, he’s seems very well mannered and kind, always smiling. Hopefully he can really shine in a comeback soon!

Tbh I think she just wanted to hear the song and now she’s obsessed with it lol
@@Koko3op 😆
i absolutely love her reactions! the honesty is amazing to hear and she’s so funny lmao
OMG GUYS YOU SHOULD REACT TO DRUNK-DAZED BY ENHYPEN!!! One of their top-tier Choreographies ❤️😌
the hair, clothing, and shoe talk is not needed, do your little video talking about DANCING then go on instead of pausing every second to care about style
I like her honesty
Whew when i saw that cursor hovering i just felt shiver run through me yall...
Hahshahshahssh same. I was a bit heartbroken
We need a reaction to their MAMA stage dance practice! Loved Heeseungs, Nikis and Sunghoons solo performance.
Please more reactions from her . I love the way she reacts , she is best at her work .
@@rainbows5232 its kpop they arent only dancers. they hve to perform according to concept not just "baggy clothes"
contemporary dancers are the classical musicians of dancing lmao.
@@dazed_ ohh so now youre going to say idols are not dancer? be careful, some make come for you for that, and you literaly diregarding idols who were dancers before or now as idols
@@rainbows5232 fix ur eyes cuz i clearly said "not only"
lol she has good eyes
I LOVE IT THAT SHE'S FOCUSING AND SERIOUS
"They're overly starched and it's stressing me out" idk why but that cracked me up🤣🤣
I would love to see her reactions to Ten's MVs; Dream in a Dream Station Version Dance Practice and the dance performance with Win Win - Lovely! Make it happen!! Please!
Living for her honest review.. 😅 Lol "where is the budget?!" LMFAO!
You know she is real when she picks ni-ki e heeseung
the comment about the heels was hilarious..! as someone who spent years in a ballet school, i totally get this lol. but for kpop i think it's different bc they perform in those types of shoes, so they have to practice in them too
Yeah, if they can dance in boots then they can dance on any stages.
Imagine Jungkook covering Fever OMG
wow great reaction....she must be a great dancer....amazing eye
she's honest but maybe she should've focused in the dance itself rather than negatively commenting on their hair and outfits which the members hve no choice over.+ in the actual stage outfits they do not always wear sneakers so in order to adapt that they initially practice w other types of shoes
other members hve been dancing for yrs but jake had no experience in dance until he actually decided to become an idol. its impressive how he catched up with other members despite of training for only 9 months so maybe he shouldn't hve been belittled like that :((
nah
@@rainbows5232 r u her defender or smth. why u trying so hard lmao🤣🤣
@@dazed_ its amusing how sensitive people get this days. its like one bad word from the teacher and you gonna start crying a river
@@rainbows5232 its crazy how butt hurt u r to the point i wouldnt be surprised if u were the person in the vid
FR she was talking about the wrong things
bro some one tell her this is dance practice choreo vid like not just practice. they dress accordingly for it.
13:14 his grandma passed away around this time so jake was going through it emotionally so its understandable to as why he seemed tired
Good point!
Ok she needs to get her delivery in check, maybe its just me but there is a fine line between honest and brutally honest. Like i understand not everything is gonna be positive but the way she said comes across as nasty
you need to keep your feelings in check
im not a dancer, just someone who likes watching dance videos. and i thought the same about jake in blessed and cursed, and i also thought that sunghoon stood out in that one comapred to previous dance practices
Hold tight you for having an opinion… it seems those are not welcomed in the kpop fandom (if that’s the correct terminology)

I literally love this channel
Aww thank you
shes a queen keep bringing her in
She picked out my faves too
プロのダンサーってすごいんですね✨ニキを一瞬で見つけた😳✨
"I hate everyone's haircut" lmaooo it was so outta the blue I screamed lmaoo
Show her their mma 2021 dance practice!❤
She should not be giving her opinion on how the group dances because she is coming from a westernized style of dancing she does not understand how long these guys and ladies in K-Pop train for and i feel her comments are biased so i would appreciate if she was not brought back to give her criticism on these groups that train so hard but that is my opinion do not take it to heart
Of course them tired them practice all days
In regard to fever outfits, the ones they have during stages (the Mnet one for example) are much more fitting in my opinion.
I like that she mentions things like shoes and hair that are important to a well done performance. She's giving critique but has reasons for why she's saying it
can you please let her react to ni-ki and jungwon mix and max "bleeding darkness"?
Let's gaur
Love her honest reactions! Can she react to Drunk-Dazed and Tamed-Dashed please!!! ❤️
The stylist probably chose those shoes for him to dance in because of the video. He was also probably quite uncomfy wearing those to dance
Niki >
I love her feedback
*TELL HER TO REACT TO DRUNK-DAZED AND GIVEN-TAKEN NOW PLS*
I like her comments and honesty. I understand the comment about dancing in heel shoes. As an ex-dancer I like to practice in the shoes or type of shoes I would be preforming in so I would be comfortable in them during a performance. Chances are they would wear all sorts of different shoes for performing. Just a thought, no idea what they wear for performances.
I love her, how honest she is and the dance comments are great… but I wish she didn’t comment on their style, it’s not her role.., i love their style and haircut for example
Dance is about everything
ngl it is her opinion at the end of the day, i was not feeling their outfits that performance either and i have not problem saying it. tbf that probably is not even their style, they get styled by stylists who pick what they should wear when on camera.
@@taeqxincshe’s supposed to be focusing on the dancing not the hair

Yooooooooo when she said jk could do fever. Goosebumps. She never lied.
ohhh they're prada endorsers now 😍😍😍
I agree sooo much with her regarding styling, hair, and wardrobe. *ducks* I enjoy them very much, but am disappointed when I see them not looking their best.
I LOVE HER SHES SO FUNN6
I highly recommend watching the group Pixy’s mv/dance practice for their songs addicted and bewitched they are a newer girl group with a dark concept and a unique style of dance
There's honest, and there's brutal. Saying that a new group's older, more experienced labelmate should do their group's song as a solo isn't honest feedback, it's brutal. Implying the members are unnecessary is brutal. Did not pass the vibe check today.
Sometimes honest is brutal though babes and that’s okay. Maybe I’ll pass the vibe check another day
do you understand that this is called constructive criticism.. she is giving actual feedback no matter if it was “brutal” or not. this is how dance teachers teach so please don’t start acting up when your “favourite idols” get called out for lacking in something, this is normal.
"TAKE OFF THE SHOES" 🤣🤣🤣
A great great great reaction with ub-biased and honest comments
The video is tolerable, but some people in the comments aren't really in it for a valid analysis, there's just a lot of people playing devil's advocate just to have a "different" opinion, I dunno, maybe because they seek validation in the internet as well. People more or so just "copy pastes" opinions rather than having one for themselves (atleast some people)
off topic though Jake has this swag vibes when he's doing his parts which I notice a lot, I'm not a dancer though, it might just be that I prefer how he moves even at simple parts of the choreography.
I kept hearing the stripe shirt and white shirt, the gray and pink hair 😅
