How did you pull this off?
It's a side quest called "boom or bust". Towards the end of the quest, the two sisters you meet, give you a new weapon to try against a shellsnapper that's nearby. Near that area, is a rockbreaker site.
Next time try overriden rockbreaker vs apex shellsnapper or overriden shellsnapper vs normal rockbreaker
The first one you mentioned is impossible
