There have been many stressful days filled with rumination, anxiety, and fear since my cancer diagnosis and learning about the stage and rarity of my specific case. But today, I was blessed with one of my best mental and emotional health days, and I’m excited to share it with all of you amazing people. Your love and support mean more to me than you’ll ever know. Thank you for continuing to support my GoFundMe: gofund.me/c3e2410b. We’re so close to reaching our initial goal, and I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you. ❤
Thank you Noah for sharing this information! Many of us don’t really have a clue what we should be eating now a days. You really are an Inspiration! You got this Noah! Stay Strong! Thank goodness you’re not hurting anymore. Everything is going to be alright.😊❤
Noah, as I’ve watched your videos about sobriety, depression, anxiety, and cancer one word keeps coming to my mind. Overcomer. You are an overcomer and you will overcome this.
It feels that so much has happened in two weeks. Just had a few patients discharged yesterday who also had your surgery. You are so far ahead, you are in the top 100% for pre surgery health.
Noah you’re constantly in my thoughts. I’ve been following you for so many years. And I’m so sorry this is happening. I really think you’re going to get through this. Lean on your support system, science, faith and all the tools you have. You have always been resilient and a warrior but you don’t have to feel strong all the time. Know that you’re loved by so many. We apprecitate you taking us on your journey with you. Sending you so much love brother. ❤
Noah you are an inspiration, you have overcome so much in life and by the grace of God you will overcome this too. I have a very strong feeling that you will heal and recover and will be cancer free 100%
I’ve got stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and yes I know what your think the worst one of all. I have chemo a chance and I don’t regret it. I’m still here 2 years later. Don’t give up you’ll be ok.
Talk to your doctor about immunotherapy that type of treatment is the closest thing to a cure. There is a few drugs that have wiped the cancer out. Keytruda jemperli opdivo and yervoy. They been approved for 17 types of cancer maybe they would be right for you and it can be a chemo free treatment. Don’t give up your in this gi cancer club and we have to stick together although we don’t know each other.
I’m a vet nurse. And rheumatoid arthritis sufferer. Since 2 years of age. It always amazes me how little diet is considered in human western medicine. We are more onto it with animals. ❤
I remember reading an article by a physician who claimed that in the future, we would discover that many "mental issues" and "behavioral problems" are a result of food allergies. That was over 20 years ago, many scoffed at him (peers), yet here we are!
My pets get fed better food than me. I also have autoimmune disease. I have been eating better since my cancer diagnosis but it's not perfect haha. My pets are like my children so they will get the best care I can provide them. After all, they don't get to choose what they eat so that is my responsibility. It's easier to take care of them and not myself... 🤣❤
@d.o.y.vcaninebehaviour.hea1558 My mom tried many different diets when she was diagnosed with RA in her late 30s. She always ate a healthy diet, but she tried eliminating different foods and eating particular foods like fresh fish every day. Lots of supplements. Nothing helped, to be honest, but she lived to be nearly 91. She had a good life despite the arthritis.
I had no idea until recently that you suffered with depression and low tester one. Your videos will help so many in the same situation as you are in. It's no surprise that your stomach pains were as bad as they were with the size of the mass they removed. You will get better days as well as not so good days. This yearwill be good and bad but think as positive as you can and this time next year the word remission will be being spoken.
Glad to hear you had a good mental health day today Noah. My friend had stage 4 cancer of the tongue, neck, and throat and the outlook for her was very grim. A handful of surgeries, chemo and radiation therapies worked for her and 8 years later she is cancer free. There's always a bunch of hope, and trusting in God is always the warm blanket.
What a joy! I bet you and your body feel like sunshine Nothing like exercise and good company! You are blessed You are a gentle soul-you are showing yourself at your most vulnerable And i am so happy to be a tiny part of your Circle of light
Noah so glad you had a better day. You are doing great. I have my final chemo on Monday 6th. God has been my refuge and strength, could not have done this without Him. My church friends and family have been wonderful too. You have 2 absolutely wonderful parents to hold you through this. We appreciate you sharing with us as much as you appreciate us. God bless.
You're amazing Noah. You are being so proactive in your physical health as well as your mental health. Prayers continue for your complete healing. Keep being amazing! ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
13:53 for what it’s worth. Be mindful of terminology. Even saying “my cancer”, thinking of the cancer as a foreign body or an outer experience. Making it “my cancer” takes ownership in a way and the more you can mentally think of it as something you must do and not “who you are”, might help mentally. The cancer. In addition, being mindful of words like “war” and “battle” may be what you need, but what if it isn’t. Getting away from being strong or weak in battle, but rather the inner resilience to endure and move into yourself for strength to live. Be blessed.
You're doing a great service to society . I'm sure something very good is going to come out of this experience . You and your father are going to be rewarded in so many different ways . Thank you ❤
Take MORE of these days - it's scary, and also sacred. Life is so special, every moment - most of us take for granted. Peace and contentment are being here in the now. This very moment. Noah we all love you.
Bind your belly. Because trust me on this one, popping intestine through the now weak places of fresh scarring in your abdominal muscle is a problem you don't want to have. I've been pushing mine back into my belly for a good 8 years and it's finally to the point where it doesn't hurt but it's still potentially dangerous. There's always a chance it could get "stuck" outside of where it should be and gas loves to push my bowel through the gaps. Bind your belly for working out for right now.
I wanted to add not only have time for prayer on top of all you're doing now, listen to worship or godly music it helps me when I need it I am not going through what you have but my prayers for you and your family. hugs
Noah you are a brave soul approaching this cancer from all directions. So glad your sweet dad is with you. I think he had a channel I used to watch it was so interesting. Nice To know he is your dad how perfect. Keep going I a, praying for you.
Hello my friend, I am praying and I have contacted an amazing Pastor who with the community is praying that God heals you completely. You got this.....dogs are extremely helpful and loving in your healing process. Please let your dad know I think he's amazing too.
Noah, Stay strong. A lot of people love you although you've never met them in person. Keep up the spirit and hope. Your dad is an excellent supporter at this critical time of your life. You guys are such lovely couple. Love you both. Keep up the fight!!!
Wow, Noah!!! So glad you could begin to get back to your normal fitness routine. This is great news. It’s a start and we’re all happy for you and your family. One step at a time.
I’m praying as well as my sister she was diagnosed with stage four bladder cancer and today is a bad day. Not been eating much can’t keep food or fluids down. In pain all the time. We are in the hospital now watching your video.
I’m glad today was a better day emotionally. Remember to stay plugged into your system weather that is through a 12 step fellowship, church, your gym, or a volunteer community. What helped my spirit and gave me more fight while I was going through a cancer journey of my own was staying plugged into with my support system. For me that was my NA and AA family
Oh my gosh Noah! I am blown away by your inner strength and courage and by your continued closeness to God. And I literally thank God that you are experiencing the amount of inner strength and courage that you are. You were a God-send to me before your cancer diagnosis, because I would have your videos to turn to when feeling severely depressed, and listening to you I would feel truly understood at times when I felt as though nobody else in my life understood my distress. And now here you are following this traumatic physiological diagnosis, still talking to us and being a source of light to us in so many ways. Of course I know that along the journey you also feel your inner strength waning at times and you feel afraid and anxious. You'd be some sort of alien if you didn't. You are in my thoughts and prayers Noah, and also in the prayers of friends of mine who I have told about you. And to all others reading this comment who are suffering with anything, be it of physiological or/and psychological nature: I pray to God that He will provide you with all that you need. And I know that sounds impossible. But with God, everything is possible. Amen.
I LOVE you brother 😢 I lost my Dad to what you are going through 😔 to this day I miss him 😢 I'm happy to find you here 😢 remember you are not alone probably you hear this everyday... Respectful I fought for my Dad and I want you to live if I can trade places with you I would do it 😢 much love respect to you personally and your beautiful wife and family ❤❤❤❤
Great to hear that you, smiled, laughed, re connected with friends, and physical movement, which will no doubt be a positive for your mental health. Everyday is a clean slate, and you just doing what you can 🙏🏼
Getting out, seeing friends, doing your ordinary think as much you can, will bring you to the top, you are going to be happier, healthier and you will forget cancer for ever, ❤
Hello Noah. So good to see you in a good place emotionally. I think taking charge and doing what is yours to do is a big part of that. For me, that mitigates the helpless feeling that depresses and angers me. You have a great partnership with God, reaching out for support and strength and doing your part.
Glad you had a good day, Noah! 👍👍If I ask my higher power for help for that day, and I worry about the future, I am on my own. God 's help and support is in the now; that's why the fear rushes in, when we project.
It’s the best thing in the world for you get those endorphins going. Helped me tremendously through my cancer treatments 12 years ago. Stay active take each day with positivity and love and it will work out.
I am watching you and following you everywhere Brother Noah! You are sooooo going through this. I can't imagine what you are going through, yet Brother nothing is stopping you 😊much love ❤
After you've drawn up your TRT take your finger & tap the side of the syringe. That will bring the air bubbles to the top so you don't waste so much medication. I am disabled due to a failed back surgery amongst a couple of other things. I get up and go to the gym every morning. I do my stretches and certain exercises to build up my core & glutes and I walk. I can't imagine not doing this. It keeps me in a mentally good head space. Kudos to you for getting back at it. My husband went everyday when he was going through chemo. I just had my 2nd back surgery in October & I was back at it the day after I got home from the hospital. I could only walk 1 lap but it was a start. Keep at it Noah. It's so important for your mental health!
Still doing all the things I can from the other side of the world Noah! A suggestion with the TRT-buy insulin syringes separate to needles. Buy the needles separately. I think from memory 30g or similar (ur dad could probably help with this-bigger the g, the smaller the needle). Draw Ur T up from the vial into the syringe with your larger needle, change the needle to the smaller one, ie 30g and go from there! Truly cheering for you! U have so got this!!! Love, light & hugs!
So glad you had a good health day. You are doing great and its so comforting, for you to have an amazing dad and supporting mom, to help you through your journey to wellness, with the help of God. 🙂👍💞🙏
I'm pleased that you had a better day. Once you get into a routine and working out a little will be good for you. There is no right or wrong way, just do the best that you can.....make educated decisions as you have been. I'm proud of you for sharing your journey....it's not easy. Blessings, and I'm still praying! Love to you .....from Canada!
Noah for sub q with insulin needle first pull plunger down to fill the chamber with air then insert into bottle and inject air into bottle and preasurize it, then pull down all the way to pull in test. Then pop up and eject air. Tap if you need to get the bubbles up.
You look so much stronger today. As I have said in previous posts, I continue to hold you in the healing Light of God's eternal love. God is always with you: every moment of the day. You are off to a great start on this new chapter of your life. Way to go, Noah!
Noah, “back fill” your insulin syringes ahead for the week all at once by taking out the plunger then using a thicker needle to draw test 1st. There’s videos on how to do this. Saves a lot of time and bent dull insulin tips. Hugs 💪
I love that you are sharing your diet, Noah! I’m doing the same one! ❤ I’ve been cold press juicing veggies once a day. Not overdoing it. My favorite combo so far is kale, carrot, beet, ginger, apple, lime.
I like that you admited doing the big test shots "for the muscles". After such a long gym layoff and food disturption events, you look unnaturally full and jacked UP. The TRT is clearly not just matching your natural levels but doing some good extra work. Which means, you are certainly subject to aromatization and increased estrogen. I have no clue what would be the relation of that to your cancer, but I think it definetly makes sense the clean up this subject as part of the hollistic approach.
Glad to see you doing better work slow and give your body time to heal. You fight every day and thats what i meant every day you push get up and move you are fighting telling yourself you are not giving up. Even right before death you still fight i not saying you just in general. You and your dad are a good team and the doctors you have
Noah, keep doing what you’re doing. Continue to surround yourself with positive people because you will need them on the darkest of days. Your dad is an absolute gem! Is there a link on where we can get one of those mail in blood test? Does one need a physician’s order for that? I’m very interested to hear your results.
Good to see you working hard at recovery It isn’t easy I have so much fatigue Have to push myself out of bed at 5am to start my day God bless you in your journey
Thank you for sharing your plan of attack. You’re helping me and so many others! Your channel has always been interesting. I hope you and your family beat this.
You should be very relieved that you have had your surgery and recovered so fast. My husband was diagnosed in 2004 with colon cancer at age 42. He passed away in 2009 at age 47. His colon surgery laid him up for quite some time. He originally had stage 3, which went to stage 4 in his liver. Best of luck going forward.
@@A_F_1111 yes he had both chemo and radiation. His oncologist failed him. They did not read the surgeon’s report after colon surgery. Surgeon stated not to follow his blood work, day of surgery his CEA level was normal. He had 4 tumors removed and 6’ of his colon. Please be proactive and don’t trust medical professionals. Gut instinct and knowledge will save lives. It was a wrongful death situation but I did not review his medical record until it was too late. Please please do your own research. If I had, my husband may have still been here. I now worry about our two children.
If you haven't already, you may want to check out Chef AJ's channel for the live streams. It's a health channel but she is dealing with lung cancer. She has medical people on her channel giving their advice on treating cancer. Chef AJ is really healthy but still developed cancer, which goes to show if you are alive, this is something anyone can get...stay strong man, you'll get through this.

Noah, “back fill” your insulin syringes ahead for the week all at once by taking out the plunger then using a thicker needle to draw test 1st. There’s videos on how to do this. Saves a lot of time and bent dull insulin tips. Hugs 💪
Noah, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers daily. Stay Strong. You got this!!😊❤
I’m so glad you had a better day. That made me feel better.
Glad to see you on course and calm taking good care of yourself - you have faced many challenges and helped yourself and many others - push on
You can do this, Noah! Stay strong!
praying for you! keep doing what you are doing!!!❤❤
I love that you are sharing your diet, Noah! I’m doing the same one! ❤ I’ve been cold press juicing veggies once a day. Not overdoing it. My favorite combo so far is kale, carrot, beet, ginger, apple, lime.
A good day to be grateful for. You are courageous and determined. Keep up the good Fight. Prayers
🙏
I like that you admited doing the big test shots "for the muscles". After such a long gym layoff and food disturption events, you look unnaturally full and jacked UP. The TRT is clearly not just matching your natural levels but doing some good extra work. Which means, you are certainly subject to aromatization and increased estrogen. I have no clue what would be the relation of that to your cancer, but I think it definetly makes sense the clean up this subject as part of the hollistic approach.
Great stuff Noah. A stranger feels proud of you.
Glad to see you doing better work slow and give your body time to heal. You fight every day and thats what i meant every day you push get up and move you are fighting telling yourself you are not giving up. Even right before death you still fight i not saying you just in general. You and your dad are a good team and the doctors you have

Glad you were slowly working out something you enjoy😊each day is new on your journey to recovery😊
Looking good my friend.❤ I am so happy you had an awesome day 😊 Keep going!
Noah, keep doing what you’re doing. Continue to surround yourself with positive people because you will need them on the darkest of days. Your dad is an absolute gem! Is there a link on where we can get one of those mail in blood test? Does one need a physician’s order for that? I’m very interested to hear your results.
Much love! Blessings and prayers for healing and strength!
I use very fine needles. Inject a bit of air into the vial to reduce the pressure, this will allow it to draw easier.
It's great seeing you mentally better Noah! May 2025 be a blessed year, and may you fight it like a beast! Happy New Year from Greece!
You’re beyond an inspiration.

So sorry for your loss. Truly
Did he follow any treatment?
So glad you are liiking at sensitivities ❤
TOGETHER! 🙏 ❤️
Don't give up, my nieces hubby had it bad. He went for years after diagnosis and treatment
