A lot of people only know Boz from the album ,Lowdown, especially in this country, but the album, "Out of The Blues", is a real gem, every song a winner, thank you.
No matter how many times you hear this old gem, it just continues to shine brighter and brighter. What an incredible song. Fenton Robinson, you were a genius. And Boz, you are a genius for taking that gem and burnishing it so carefully so many times and in so many fabulous ways! This band kills it! Miller's guitar work is sublime!
I have loved this ever since Duane Allman provided the awesome guitar solo in the studio version. I was just a kid in school. Just like the studio version if you ain't at least tappin your foot by songs end well...you can’t tell me old men can’t still rock it out.
@@shelleychauvin2829 read in the comment section somewhere an individual made the statement Duane was at the top of his form when they recorded the studio version of this. Can't say I disagree, it is a masterpiece.
Thanku for making this a kit for u but a healing room session for me when I’m stateing I’m still a good grl with god still reigning supreme as he sits up there reigning on his everlasting never ending reverencing stone
Listen to Rick Derringer's version of this song, his solos are amazing, blows aways Bozs solo, which he seems to get lost in and Rivk makes mincemeat out of the second guitarists solo.Ricks version is head and shoulders above this performance.
Hmm, hafta cheggit out...Derringer has been known to lay down some mean licks. DJ Bob Holliday (RIP) turned me onto Derringer's other side, back in the 70s.
Boz, you're the man with a bluesy voice! So awesome!
One of the three best albums of all time.
