He has stated before that doesn't recommend a PMP but rather construction field specific certifications like a CCM or NCCER Superintendent certification. I'm just a messenger.
@ChristTompkins I'm going for that too, I just wanted the extra reassurance and get loaded up were I can. Probably wasting time but idk I'll definitely look back and see what was worth it and what wasn't
It’s so critical to reference the soils report from day one. I will not accept a request to build a baseline schedule without it. It is also so important that the Superintendent and field team knows what the site specific soils report entails. Your concrete trade partner, Electrical, plumbing and any partner who touches the dirt should know the report. Too often I will ask a plumber or electrician if they referenced the soils report before shoving that dry backfill into the trenches and will a lot of times get the deer in headlights look. Love what you do Brother! Can’t wait to have you lead our Lunch N Learn this month! -BC

Extremely important step that does not get enough emphasis. Thank you J Money!
I'm working on my degree in Construction Management. You should do a video on co-oping!
If you are contracting structural engineer for the dwgs, do they refer to the Geotechnical report or does the civil tell them what they need to know?
They reference the report and collaborate together.
There will be structural recommendations in the report.
@@jasonwilliamschroeder thank you
