As a person who recently read the manga this makes me tear. And the fact that they were reunited with the gems that were taken, makes it wholesome and sad at the same time.
Everything in this video hurts when you catch up with the manga. Even the lyrics will hit you with the feels. It's been a few months since I last read it and from the reaction, the situation does not get any better and now I don't know if I want to catch up with the manga.

Antarc too always makes it clear that they were just pairing and taking care of phos because of sensei. When they sacrifice for phos, they did it for phos not be taking away with them, leaving sensei alone
