STRUCTURE
• Area sizes: Large 34x34 | Medium 26x26 | Small 18x18.
• Arrange the pitch as shown in the video.
• Place four (4) mannequins across the area's centre.
• The practice requires eight (8) outfield players.
• The practice starts with two (2) players at either end of the area and four (4) players inside the area.
• The objective is for two (2) orange players to combine to transfer the ball from one outside player to the other.
• The two (2) orange players look to fill both halves of the area when combining.
STRESSES
• Use one ball and ask the orange players to work as a unit
• Encourage the orange players to rotate before receiving a pass.
• PHYSICAL LOAD: Adjust area sizes based on physical outcomes. Use larger areas for high sprints/distances and smaller areas for accelerations/decelerations.
