Hi Keoshia, I liked the vlog. I use the MC Milano the original WiGrip comfort band I have been using it for years. I get in the pool with it and my wig never move unit I move it myself. I purchased it from Amazon for $20.00 I really love it. I liked your color theme for the book club event.

Worst foot pain ever. My podiatrist asked me if I walk barefoot. I said yes and he firmly said to me “Stop It!” 😫 I now wear Crocs as my ‘house shoes’.

I believe the no eating or drinking 30 minutes after eating pertains to flouride treatments.
Acidic foods are also recommended to wait 30 minutes before or after brushing. I can’t remember why though.
Most toothpaste has fluoride in it.
