I used Rocky for our family and it was amazing. We had the ticket include pick up and drop off from hotels on both sides and they took care of our bags etc. They were great, even though on other side of the island i found it better than other companies being dropped off on the beach and trying to carry your luggage up the beach and then to your hotel
Rocky is great, the ticket with transport on both ends of the journey is so good and so stress free. In Oct 23 is cost me and my son 300k each and we got transport to ubud. I cannot recommend Rocky enough, they are fabulous. No offence but you just made an error, it wasn’t Rocky’s fault
do your research instead of blaming the Ferry company. Seems like alot of complaining. Plan your trip better and cheer up

The ferry is not the issue. The issue is where they drop you off, forcing an extra charge for their own transport. No other ferry company does this.

Rocky for dry landing with their own holdings, usually can arrange a pick up from where you stay
