She articulated her platform far more clearly and cogently than Trump, who really never bothered to make the effort. He was also elected by barely half of the eligible electorate. In the "swing" states, only in Florida did he get more than 55%. He got by, but not by much. I hope he understands this, and realizes that he must govern for the benefit of all Americans, not just the constituencies who voted for him.

Why they would enforce her on the Democratic voters as a VP is beyond me. Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg were better candidates as VP.

I find the repeating, like when you were told to write a 500 word essay, and you were trying to jam in as many descriptive words as you could. It's just her trying to fill in the time with nothing more to say.

I think separating church from state was one of the biggest mistakes we made as a Christian civilization. Monarchs and governments used to be kept in check by the Church. Also the Catholic Church never officially executed anyone, contrary to mainstream modern movies. The Church deemed some to be heretics, but the state decided the punishment. More often than not, the Church pleaded against the state applying capital punishment. It's a lot more complicated than our modern spin on history.
Separation of religion from state is that government stays out of religion not that religion stays out of government. Learn your history.
