Which majority is he talking about? In his mind everybody forgot he always said he wants his day in court but made sure the day doesn't come because he finds ways to dictate how the court must work. He pretends to know and understand law. Being detained for contempt of a judicial comission of inquiry is dealt with according to the provisions of such an inquiry. Problem is Dali Mpofu and others do not give him counsel, they are happy to take his money. His party did not get 2 thirds of the vote, and he must trully forget about ever returning to parliament. He has done his bit, and must look for a peaceful quiet retirement.

Zuma has a R250 million fully paid off residence when on his watch as President there were (and still are anyway) poor Black people living in makeshift homes on riverbeds getting washed away in floods and storms, women getting raped and killed using communal pit toilets and young Black youth who struggled to find jobs to provide basic needs to their families.
Freedom fighters conveniently forgot about the people when they finally got their hands on money and power. Even now, no party is doing what's best for the country and its citizens. All we hear is that our Party won't work with that Party, while everyday is a struggle for those on the ground.
I am still wondering ....When will he have his day in court....that he wanted so much!

Ey thanks God for brave SACANS that share the real truth. So sick and tired of an old repeatation of nothing. Mkonto weSizwe never had a chance to go to war with anyone. Instead although Chris Hani wanted this so badly for a good reason as a commander, to revenge. But seeing how certain black people of SA took advantage by killing other blacks because of tribalism. It didn't sit well with Mandela, as angry as he was, but he didn't want to lose focus on the real enermy. He decided to call for peace among black nation first and unite them in difficult situations like a wise leader he was, supposed to do. But in order to stop more blood shed in the country, he humbled himself to be heard by everyone, and he found the way to stop the war among black SA people. As wise leader he had to unite first everyone, so that they'll be at peace with each other. Then start negotiations that brought us to this democracy. Please don't spoil it, because we come afar to lose what we worked so hard for. Learn to be in peace and think deeper about consequences of the reckless actions and wrong preaches.

Mr former president serve 10yrs and came back celebrity of KZN. He served almost 10yrs as president and made his province of birth and his people great and greater province, while most provinces of the 9 provinces stood still in poverty. If it weren't so, why was the 8 provinces punished eg northern Cape, Free State, and Easter Cape punishment was even worse like a hated province.
