Absolutely 💯 percent amazing inspirational performances by both of you!! We salute you 🥰👌💪
I do burpees 6 days a week and have done so for years, I can’t even fathom doing 1000 navy seals in one session, you sir are both insane (in a good way) and a machine.
Bro. My 9 year-old can't believe it and neither can I. We're both sitting here trying to figure out how life is an actual thing because of this video. 🤣 4 hours.
I think you 2 are the only members so far. I believe TheGreatKram did a thousand as well, but it was more like sets of 100 during the day. But that guy is a beast as well. Did 2000 bodyweight squats in 50+ minutes!
Thank you! I won’t do it again. I didn’t plan on doing this today, was thinking I’d go 300, then said 500. Once I got there I said let’s see what 1000 feels like. I didn’t plan or prepare for this so I ran out of water and didn’t have any electrolytes.
@@SonOfRich56 that day I was in the sun I drank about a litre or more of coconut water and there packed with electrolytes lucky I had some stocked up so I know what you mean by electrolytes there needed!
I like how everybody is always doing that half step back when they are feeling that fatigue between burpees. I don't know what it is, but it's something everybody always ends up doing.
Love the fact that you did 1 extra rep, i always try to hit 1 more just cause and just in case haha. This video changes meaning of life. Like, u know, there’s a LOT of people that won’t do 3000 push ups in their entire life and you did it in 1 sesion (1000 navys are much harder than 3000 pushups). Wtf.
This is how it looks when you are a fucking omega mutant (much respect, reference to X-Men) and your shoulders are made of vibranium. How in the fucking world is this possible????
Honestly, this took me a day or two to recover. Not bc of my shoulders, but bc I didn’t go into this workout planning n doing 1000, so I ran out of water, no electrolytes or anything like that. This one was a battle of the mind
I've just seen this and nuff respect to you bro. 1000 Navy seals is one bad ass achievement. I've hurt my elbow so only doing burpees but without the press ups which is really boring. Doing 400 & 500 per day. Can't wait to get back on it. Keep up the fanastic work bro 💪💪
Congrats on 500 Navy Seals. No easy task! I felt it as well, but to be honest… I actually stopped feeling my arms, chest and shoulders after 500. Was more my head and being dehydrated.
Hey Greg! New subscriber here man. I’ve seen your videos pop up over the last year or so and I’ve always been impressed. Anyway, I subscribed today and figured this would be the best video to leave a comment on. This routine is next level!!!! Salute brother! Also growing up in 🇨🇦I’m a huge hockey fan. Been supporting the Maple Leafs since the mid 80’s and the days of Allan Bester. Keep the great routines coming. Later man!
I felt my shoulders and arms at the beginning because I was only going to do 300, then when I decide 500 I changed my pace. From 500 up it was more of my headache than arms. I didn’t go I to the workout thinking let’s hit 1000, so I wasn’t prepared. All I had was water and that ran out on me at 850 I believe, no food or gels. After I was dead, a little foggy in the head and dehydrated. Hardest burpee session I’ve ever done.
@@SonOfRich56 huge respect sustaining yourself more than 4 hrs including warm up just on water and going at it at such a great pace! Hope you recover well, you must have burned 1000s of calories, and I am sure now mentally and physically on next level 💯
@@physical_intensity Thank you… I’m feeling a bit sluggish today, but had a good active recovery including 200 burpees. Felt good to flush my body out early this morning. Will probably do it again tonight. Need to keep moving
Thanks… I learned that if I was going to do it again I would prepare before doing it. I did a good workout the day before and I didn’t have enough water/electrolytes. My body was dead after, but I didn’t go into this workout planning to do 1000. Was going to do 200-300 hundred and then just went for it.

The fact that this only has 5.6k views pisses me off. Outstanding work, and performance, brother. 👏👏👏💪💪💪
