Was running late to BC and wanted to make it to an ATI, but no time so I sat at this DC that noie recorded not long ago and recorded the siren check ups for this months test.

those guys have ham radio licences1 thats why its on 147.120. ham radio licences aren't hard to get! then you'll be able to report a siren or something
