Was this trans vaginal or trans abdominal ultrasound? I’m asking because I had transabdominal ultrasound today at 8 weeks and it was very unclear and didn’t even get to hear a heartbeat ☹️
i’m so jealous. i went today for my 8 week apt & my lady was so rude. she never explained anything that i was seeing and i didnt even get to hear the heart beat. i’m so upset 😞😭
I am sorry, maybe you can buy those little heart dopplers things they sell online? We bought one when i was pregnant. I could hear my daughters heartbeat everyday
girlll i wanted this certain OB but he wasn’t available and i needed in asap so my first ultrasound appt is with a woman in two weeks and i’m so scared she’s gonna be mean or something 😒 The man i wanted is so nice but i couldn’t get him unfortunately
3D ultrasounds are bad for babies! Why do you need ultrasound at 8 weeks anyways? For dating? Thats not a good reason. 3D ultrasounds especially strong! They did dating ultrasound on me when I was 8 weeks without telling mw that it can pose a health risk to my baby. And guess what? She was born a week later anyways so this dating is uselss. You give birth when baby is ready not when the machine tells you!

Well. I feel slighted. My wife’s obgyn did a basic ultrasound no audio.
Oh no! The audio definitely helped calm my anxiety so I can understand you feeling slighted. I hope you got audio on the next sonogram!

That’s very common. Lots of times you can’t hear the heartbeat this early, you can just see it. Mine was the same way. Next ultrasound request it. 😁
