It must be such an amazing honor to be invited to perform on Sicca's channel. I think all of us here who play strive to be as good as you. It's always a delight to watch you play.
Fantastic performance!! I really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxed quality of your interpretation, specifically in the major sections. Really different from other versions which was quite refreshing
I'm just learning this piece... Like, I've got the notes and all, but seeing your video today just makes me realise how far away I still am from playing it, proper 😅
Hello, Beatrix. There is a Polish pianist called Hania Rani. I don't know if you know his music. She has his own style that is unlike anything I have heard and that, in my ignorance, I would describe as "experimental minimalism." I think that transcribing some of his piano songs to guitar could be something wonderful and very innovative. Although it is possibly not comparable, the first transcription that should have been made of the song "Asturias" by I. Albéniz for guitar comes to my mind. I'm thinking about the Hania Rani's songs "Glass" and "Sun", which you can easily find on RUclips. This idea may not even pique your interest, but it is something that I am sure you could do very well and the result could be spectacular. I follow with great interest your magnificent work for classical guitar. Greetings and good luck to you.
Hello Beatrix, The way you hold the guitar is different than traditional posture. Would you like to tell us why? I also feel size of the guitar is little big as compared to you. Is that true? Please make our concepts clear.
Sorry to call you out on this, but she pretended to not know this piece until fairly recently to gain viewers on her channel. Anyone with just a little knowledge of classical guitar would know that this is a "standard" piece for professionals. I don't like this ridiculous shenanigans for clicks, which she stated is her main goal. Just be honest and real.
Everyone has different learning curve. I haven’t played any Tàrrega pieces until I was 24 except Alhambra. Including this one. I haven’t learned anything by Barrios either. Standard repertoire would be Carcassi, Giuliani, Sor and music that is inevitable for learning the basics. Capricho arabe is a great song, but I wouldn’t call it standard because by the time you have skills to play this, there are other pieces teaching similar points as well. Let everyone learn in their own pace.
@@beatrixguitar hard to trust you when one of your videos was about specifically about how to get more clicks. Then I'll challenge you to do piece that I think you don't know.
Hope you enjoyed it and if you did, please consider supporting my work on a monthly basis, starting from $3 a month :)

My first concert piece I totally destroyed it I was shaking like a fish
That Pinky...!
What’s wrong with it? 😬🥲
@@beatrixguitar i can't believe you really strech it that far. 😄 Super cool👍
Nails contact with DAD strings heard with Cringe. Practice needed. Feeble contract. In short, WTH Siccas & Ohguitar?
Please post your version so we can compare
You look like Meggie from the walking dead
