Steak Cooking Recipe In A Carbon Steel Skillet

    Before cooking makes sure your carbon steel pan is properly seasoned.
    INGREDIENTS
    1 pound (about 450gr) tender beef steak
    4 oz (about 100gr) cherry tomatoes
    3 cloves of garlic
    rosemary
    1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
    ½ teaspoon pepper (to taste)
    2 Tablespoons butter
    ¼ pound small potatoes, boiled
    2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    PREPARATION
    Warm the skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, then add the oil.
    Fry the garlic and the rosemary for 1 minute, then add the beef steak and cook to taste.
    Add the potatoes and the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add butter and cook till the sauce has slightly thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper and serve.
