I let go of my romantic partner in late June. It was painful and I've cried a lot. But 2 months later I already feel so much better in my life. I feel so much relief and such a weight off my shoulders. He was not in alignment for me and I could really feel our timelines drifting apart. I am so grateful that I let go and chose to move forward with my life. And what I'm discovering is immense self love, gratitude, power, purpose, friendship, self trust, and self enquiry. I know my higher power has a new job for me that's fulfilling and one that I'll love. I've been missing enjoying work again. After the last 2 years of struggling through bad jobs and mean bosses, I'm getting ready for a new start. This coming week will be a huge test for me. I've got a lot of work to do before I can receive my gift of a fulfilling job. Going through the whole house and getting rid of things that I no longer need will be tough. But I know I can do it!
I went through a house clearing of so much 'stuff' that I have done nothing but dragging around and I said GOODBYE to a LOT of it and it feels great months past. The light hopeful feeling is so cathartic and freeing and all you want to do is get rid of even more. I'm not crazy; you'll see.

ive been homeless twice in my lifetime and my dream is to become an artist/animator. i found a university to go to that could help me reach that dream, and in my acceptance letter they gave me a scholarship that i cant use because they require that i move on campus n leave my family behind... not only that, but id lose my job and forcibly become homeless a 3rd time after schooling is over, and be backwards in debt. i was so happy when i opened the letter, i ran to my mom and brother screaming in joy. for once it felt like my life was changing for the better. but i just cant do it... i cant leave them behind. and i cant allow myself to be homeless anymore... the toll it takes on my mental health, im afraid is something i wouldnt be able to recover from if it happens again

I know my higher power has a new job for me that's fulfilling and one that I'll love. I've been missing enjoying work again. After the last 2 years of struggling through bad jobs and mean bosses, I'm getting ready for a new start. This coming week will be a huge test for me. I've got a lot of work to do before I can receive my gift of a fulfilling job.
Going through the whole house and getting rid of things that I no longer need will be tough. But I know I can do it!

I went through a house clearing of so much 'stuff' that I have done nothing but dragging around and I said GOODBYE to a LOT of it and it feels great months past. The light hopeful feeling is so cathartic and freeing and all you want to do is get rid of even more. I'm not crazy; you'll see.
Lord, please help me let go of those I kept resenting, help me love my enemies and those who offend me. I pray I may learn and act virtuously with them with all my heart, body and spirit. And so it is.

ive been homeless twice in my lifetime and my dream is to become an artist/animator. i found a university to go to that could help me reach that dream, and in my acceptance letter they gave me a scholarship that i cant use because they require that i move on campus n leave my family behind... not only that, but id lose my job and forcibly become homeless a 3rd time after schooling is over, and be backwards in debt.
i was so happy when i opened the letter, i ran to my mom and brother screaming in joy. for once it felt like my life was changing for the better. but i just cant do it... i cant leave them behind. and i cant allow myself to be homeless anymore... the toll it takes on my mental health, im afraid is something i wouldnt be able to recover from if it happens again
