Sir I m from haryana & I go to neoal by road many times in a year. We indians don't need visa to visit nepal. Can I apply for IDP only on basis of passport ?

Bro Nepal is in the excluded country list (as per parivahan website), which means nepal doesn’t allow IDP.

Hello Sir, I am going to europe for masters for 1 year. I have got my student visa for EU. I want to apply for IDP for all countries under EU. But in parivahaan, I am only getting an option to apply for a single country
Sir IDP is not issue for single country it is issue for all countries covered in Geneva Convention list of countries are available in description box

Prescribed Fee by govt for IDP is Rs.1000 you may ask receipt for excess amount

Yes I’m already in Japan with that paper form. And yesterday I asked in Japan driving government office and it’s invalid until we have booklet. So try to get booklet type coming from India.

I went today to RTO authority in Mumbai. With all the valid document details as shared by you on your video. Now the RTO is Saying that my DL address has to match with my passport address.
May I know the reason for the same? Is it a rule as per MVA?

Sir in MV ACT there is not mention about address change in IDP and IDP issue on the basis of Indian DL so you may first change address in regular DL then you may change in IDP

It asks for medical fitness certificate Form 1A to be uploaded to get IDP. From where can I get it? What all tests need to be done?
You can get form 1A from Morth website and it is a normal medical form no any test is needed.

Sir I applied for IDP online in West Bangal using parivahan, I don not understand why the application fee here is 4040/- (1000 is regular fees + 3000 they are charging as application fee). Do you have any idea? is this a scam? Please shed some light in this. Thank you .
Sir fee for IDP is Rs. 1000 as per centre government notification and it is applicable in all over India.If they are issue in smart card form they can charge Rs.200 extra.You may ask for receipt for Rs. 3000
Let me know if you applied for the licence eventually. I wonder why all states are charging around 1000 and west bengal is charging 3000 which makes no sense. We live in a shitty state.

RTA/RTO private vehicle (any type of private vehicle) ka paper check aur challan kar sakta hai.
RTO ko MV Act ke sabhi pravdhan me challan karane ki power hai chahe vehicle government,ho ya private, Kewal defence ke vehicle ko civil authority koi check nahi kar sakati hai
