Nah I run around the entire map and get 15 kills on average with a jumbo, you reload faster then most tanks and you can track, hit barrels, turret rings, cupolas or just flank them. The only thing you wont bounce at that tier is a Panther or IS2 (obviously a few others but those are the most prevalent). I specifically bought the Cobra King to farm silver lions and have a talisman on my other Jumbo. The Jumbo is especially deadly in any Urban map nearly unstoppable even, plus the stability to fire on the move against all other tanks is really funny. (I play RB, I doubt it'd be very good in arcade.)
Something to note, the 8,8cm on the Tiger H1 have access to the other round Pzgr. with a large enough TNT that is enough to "overpressure". While might not work well extenerally but internally it is a guranteed 1 hit kill. Similar to how HE works but if it penetrates. It does lack a little bit of pen compared to the Pzgr 39. It does have a bit more velocity. The M4A3E2 Jumbo, has STAB. Which makes firing on the move much more easier and aiming to your reticle much faster if it is misaligned due to bumpy terrain. The RoF on the 75mm is pretty fast which makes this lethal in CQC/CQB. IMO, Tiger rules in distance engagement while Jumbo would tear anyone in tight urban combat.
One of my favorite weakspots in nearly the whole game is actually the turret neck of the jumbo, but because of volumetric the tiger's 88 cant hit it, but the panther's 75 can, and its really not that hard to hit at mid-close range. Aim just under the mantlet right underneath gun and the 75 will usually sneak right in. This is a good trick to know about when fighting jumbo players that are hull down or side-straffing you hidding the mg port.
False, the 88 is absolutely capable of hitting the turret ring, that's the easiest way to deal with the Jumbo in a Tiger. And no, there is no point in going after that weakspot in a Panther since you can lolpen Jumbo's upper front plate anyway.
IMO I prefer the jumbo (mostly due to the stab, RoF, and the .50) yet all my friends that I play with have a deep hatred for the jumbo (and by extension all Sherman’s)

Also German Mains are notoriously tunnel vision, and suck as teammates.
I love the jumbo, but it falls victim to American heavy tank syndrome. That being situationally good armor, ok mobility, and a gun that’s barely competitive in a down-tier. t29 t30 and t34 being exceptions in firepower, but even they need to hull-down to survive anything at their BR range.
