I wish You would fix the Flag of Texas. Red touching Tennessee, and white touching Arizona. It's upside down, it's also aggravating to see Her dis-honored in such a Yankee slap to the face of our states dignity.
Sir, as a proud citizen of the State of Texas, let me say that these fine Yankee men have meant NO disrespect to the flag. In fact, several months ago they( the mill operators) accessed the official State of Texas website because of questions that were raised about displaying the flag. They have displayed the flag as listed on the website. Now if you are upset about the flag touching the other flags on either side then swallow your pride and carry on. Long Live the Republic of Texas!
You can't keep a man like Pete down for long, he's a man of steel!! Wow, that's quite the notch, can't wait to see what kind obstruction that was. Great prelude to Monday 's edition. "To be continued" as some say.
Looked at the old videos and found #331 starts with Chewy named and ends without Chewy named. I thought there would have been some sort of commemoration ceremony for such a useful tool.
Hi Mark. Now. I understand. The " metal" in the" longer log." That's why I ❤ watching you Mark in the sawyer's booth. I do " guess work" on Ed's video. Then more revealing & postive guess work on your video. Well. Say Hi to Ed, Pete, & ZZ. Have a good Sunday night the 18th. 🥰🙂😉😴👍❤️💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🪓🌲🌌

@@markgalicic7788 You're welcome, it's my pleasure. Thanks for replying, I appreciate that. 2) That's great to hear. At last something without problems! 😁 ;-) Sincerely yours.
Beautiful wood. Too bad it had a chunk of metal in it. Many years ago when districts still had shop classes I had a student plane a 5/4 oak board. It "chincked" in the planer and she was really surprised to see 1/2 of a bullet in the board. A good teaching moment for a city kid.
Half past six in the morning definitely not a good day when you find metal in your log , remember as an apprentice sawyers hitting metal they had a fare collection of bullets and shrapnel from the war , they did have an old war time mine detector but it didn’t find it all and it was the apprentices job to burst the logs open with wedges to find out what it was all good fun being young and daft, anyway you guys have a nice day
@@rcknross it worked out good for me and I got a pretty good yield out of this log , you can saw this log many different ways or just cut it up for firewood
In the 1960s a wood yard near me was sawing a massive centuries old oak tree and in the middle they hit a huge blacksmith made horseshoe off a shire horse, you should have seen the damage to the blade, horrendous !!

Take your bad self up there and fix it!
Doug you are wrong!
Don't watch. And stop crying
Really? Are you serious?

yes Pete is very strong , we did find a finish nail in this log.
@@markgalicic7788 Yes, I thought you were going to save it for Monday. That's ok, curiosity was getting to me. Thanks!!
There was certainly some determination in getting that chunk of metal out of that log. I wouldn't think a spruce log would be worth the effort.
yes it was but why throw out a good chunk of white spruce.
Yum, thanks. I’m satisfied. Great snack.
thank you.
Thanks Mark and crew Enjoyed
thanks Bobby.
Nice to see Pete and and around

Thanks Marc , it was a nice butt log .
@@markgalicic7788 it sure was a nice butt log. We are going to be getting into some spruce. After white pine and red pine

thank you for watching our videos!
Sawyer you are .🇺🇲🇺🇲
Mark what is the hardest wood you have cut on your mill? Iron wood?
The shorts are great for wood working craft
we got a few nice short clear boards.
We don’t like metal, only heavy metal 🤘
I like it lol!

Where's that 'Willow The Wisp' ZZ? Cloud Factory again, as in the White Cloud toilet paper factory?
yes he was lol.
Who chewed the chunk out of the log Bevers perhaps?
good one Gary lol!
I need more new videos.😊
more on the way Michael.
Hi Mark why did you cut your 2 x 8 to 7 1/2 inch wide.
First time I have been able to see the laser
see it is real lol.
Hahaha😂 ,that looks like the hulk took a bite out off it, dont you guys have crowbars or other tools, that was cool to watch though

yes, they can as long they help their neighbors
Yup. When you're on the taper you're going to gain some, and lose some. Like a wise man once told me many years ago it's a win-win loose loose. 😆🤷
very true , lol!
could have had better yield if the bottow of that notch was better lined up to be parallel to the saw?
true but I wanted it to say attached to the boards coming off no small pieces flying.
@@markgalicic7788 okay, but you still had several disconnected short boards coming off.
