I don't think chamber is that good a pick on Tenz especially when he performs so well on Jett and hasn't been known to pick up new agents and be comfortable on them. Plus it limits his options to just Oping on the map when he isn't technically a dedicated oper
I agree but has everyone suddenly forgotten that they are very inconsistent?. Last year in Berlin and masters they had moments where they looked very dominant but would have times where they would lose against team you wouldn't expect.
@@Physicits2 They're still the more consistent top team though. Shaky group stage but they closed it out, then beat X10 (who eliminated M3 Berlin's grandfinalist in Envy) and KRU (who eliminated both Rekyjavik grandfinalist in SEN and Fnatic).
@@Physicits2 In Berlin they had stage nerves and for masters they already knew they were gonna start slow cause nAts had covid so they didn't practice for some weeks. If anything they performed exactly the way they thought they would.
I mean if they really want to run Viper and Astra, Dapr on Viper, Zombs on Astra, Sick on Raze/Skye, Tenz ideally Chamber but probably not, and Shahz on Breach
love the plat chat boys but the difference in how they talked about sentinels vs how they felt about optic was kinda wild to me... sentinels threw like 5 eco rounds per map but its still that nrg choked? where as with optic they ACTUALLY LOSE to rise, who nrg just dominated btw, and its that they were just being experimental or weren't taking the group stage serious, even though they changed less shit than sentinels... plenty of legit criticisms of sen from that match but that was weird asf
They give way too much credit to rise. They are a good team don't get me wrong but they are stupidly inconsistent. SEN looked rough in every game and had sick on astra. But they still won the series against a good looking NRG. OPTIC looked just as shaky as SEN but lost to a worst rise
@@dinoranger7725 yeah but at this point, if they keep losing either hiko has to become more active or they should pick up a player like Sinatraa who can flex onto initiator and second duelist like raze
The critism towards SEN for me is so mind boggling. They won every single event in NA VCT last year. Qualified for Champs super early and with close to if not double the points NV had. Got eliminated from first Berlin event via NV who made it to the finals of that event. They lost to KRU in Champs, who also eliminated fnatic and stood toe to toe with gambit. They had some poor performances with really good teams in masters and all of a sudden they're falling off? They're the only NA team who made every single LAN. Not one team challenged them in NA vct last year. What team in NA has all of a sudden accomplished as much to push them off from the top. Srry for the rant
I think some of this lack of confidence comes from exactly what youre talking about - they won everything and qualified super early yes, but their second half of the year was much less successful than the first (partially due to how good the first was). This didnt impact them going to all the LANs since they were still decent enough to qual for masters 3 (but had a relatively poor performance there compared to really high expectations) and they qualified to champs early meaning their performance in second half of the year didnt affect making it to the LAN. The eye test looked much more shaky on them recently and their results have definitely dropped off comparatively. noone is arguing theyre bad, just that other teams may have exceeded them (due to big roster moves and general level in NA increasing) Tldr - theyre only falling off compared to other top teams. Theyre still not bad but recently theyve lost to great teams when previously they would win - they are no longer #1
@@Ollie-uo9rj I understand what your saying, but domestically they haven't preformed poorly. Every single NA team outside of c9 and NV don't have a Champs performance to compare them to SEN. So everything is just speculation and taking their form from qualifiers into account but without seeing them play against SEN is wild to me to make assumptions. I guess I'm just a fan boy lol. I guess them not getting out of the their group would change my mind.
I don't know how to feel about the Sentinels criticism made here. Whole last week was the agenda that they are not scrimming. They play their 1st match look rusty, had a lot of mistakes but still manages to beat a decent if not in form NRG who just smashed Rise. Whereas on the other hand Optic lose to Rise and the comments for their performance are they are trying new stuff etc. Confused.
@@machtwo_ true, but the approach for the criticism felt weird. SEN won Haven, they were like same old. I mean why change if you are winning. Some points made were very valid too, not dismissing everything. Just my take.
Another big difference is that Rise now looks a lot stronger than in the qualifiers. Presumably Rise close to their peak is significantly stronger than NRG
That's why Sentinels won't win anything internacionally. They just don't try to improve thanks to no competition in NA. In whole world they're not tier 1 anymore
No.. that would be locking him down because the utility is very important in those roles and he would need to stay alive as long as possible.. would be a waste of his talent.. Yay thrives when he's allowed to run riot with the team supporting him

Shaz on breach
Zombs on Astra
Sick on raze

Tenz chamber sounds interesting
