Hi, I'm new to Revit and I'm trying to work with the Vray. But I dont have that bar where I can press the "From yard". So any help on how to get the bar anyone? :)
Been following instructions to use the vray grass material but Revit (starts showing a black screen then) stops working whenever I try to render, it said it failed to load the material in the notifications as well. Has anyone encounter something similar?
I bought the Vray for Revit this week. May I ask a question, so where can I download these vrmat (grass, glass...) files, those are used in the tutorial video?
This. You don't explain how, where these textures come from. So damn irresponsible.
Vray for revit support vray proxy? For example overwrite the RPC, or you need to insert the Proxy and locate it in the same position, for example, bushes and trees on your plan project.
There is currently no proxy support, but developers are working on it and hope to provide as soon as possible.
Whenever I render a 3D parallel view the image comes out tiny, as if its just zoomed out or there is now cropping constraints - However it works fine on perspective camera views, any suggestions?

Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
How much time are you waiting for the render to be done?
I left it for the weekend to run and I just zoomed in the picture and it got so pixeled and the quality is so bad, even if I run it on a size of an A3 on High Quality.
Just use enscape, quicker

Everytime I try to run a render the screen comes out completely black. Please help!
what specs is your pc running?
The PC is a Dual E5-2650 with 128 Gigs of Ram. The computer has (2) Quadro K5200's. It has (4) 500 Gig Samsung SSD's.
does it have a graphics card and is it enabled in the settings? are you using Vray RT with the swarm enabled? is it maybe only creating an alpha render?
two months and no vray proxy ! I can not think about buying the product without vray proxy because trees and cars are poor in revit and those what is matter for architecture visualization. Chaosgroup should not release this version without support for vray proxy. We will watch releasing vray proxy first.
You should update this, tutorial doesn't match the current version. Where are the materials? you need to make this as easy as possible for people because the product is great. Having out of date tutorials is sloppy.
