They really need to revise these rules they’re asking for things that are almost impossible you should be able to lift your heel as long as the foot stays in contact with the floor it shouldn’t be a problem I think they need to open up a little more with the clubbing the Rodriguez fight to call that club is really questionable in my opinion it’s really hard to get a standardized definition but they need to work on that I would say that strike was 80% on target
They recently change the rule to allow the heal to come up or pivot as long as it doesn’t leave the box and front of the foot sole doesn’t leave the ground

I figure if you miss weight that badly, you're not serious about showing gratitude for the opportunity or being a champion. Fifteen pounds of discipline came between Turpin's win and bringing that title home to our city while establishing himself as a household name for a while!

That was my first impression too. Risk is that if you score a KO with one of your intentional clubs, it's an instant DQ. I could see it being a legitimate strategy for a serious underdog, but seems too risky otherwise.
