Hello guys, I thought I should share this my special smoky jollof rice with you. please, like , comment and let me know what you think about this recipe.
Ingredients
3 bell red peppers
3 long red peppers (tatashe)
5 scotch bonnets
3 small onions
2 spoon of jollof seasoning
1kg of easy cook rice ( sea isle from asda)
1 table spoon of thyme
4 bay leaves
salt to taste
5 mini maggi cubes
I/2 cup of sunflower oil
3 cup of chicken stock _ water can also be used
