The only "best" way to pray, is in privacy. So that it is just you and the father. If you can't prau ask the Holy spirit to tell God for you. "He knows what you need before you even ask" Other than that, there ain't no guide to it. If you wanna bow down, then bow, Prayer is not a custom thst must be done in any particular way. If you can speak to a person, you can speak to your Beloved Father or Amazing Big Brother Jesus.
