Yikes, that turn with the sway bar disconnected looked scary. I bet it's only a matter of time for somebody to manufacture a quick disconnect for the sway bar. Thanks for the video, keep up the great work.
They are a great tire for the price. Now I like to run BF Goodrich KM3 tires. I had a set of 35s on my x3 and got nearly 6000 miles out of them. Have you checked out the utv overland videos? I'm just ready to publish the Glacier National Park trip video 1.
Thanks for the video. I have a 2022 MT 1000 DPS. I do mostly 50" trails with the sway bar disconnected. The demonstration was helpful. I would be interested in any quick disconnect you come up with.
I just picked up mine yesterday, and I;, in the process of installing the "flip up" spare tire holder. I also installed a Glass Windshield with vents at the bottom. I'm getting ready to go to Manti Utah for 4 days of riding in a week. Can't wait to ride it!
you all prolly dont care but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account? I was dumb lost the password. I would love any tips you can give me!
@Clay Onyx Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Lol, I bet you puckered a bit when you took that corner!!! My weld failed on the rear sway bar mount on my Rzr and man did it get tippy. I loved the travel and independent feeling until I hit a corner at speed too! I totally agree with your thought of theres a time and place for both. Good video!
If you haven't already figured out the sway bar quick disconnect, consider making a custom rod that uses a 4x4 manual hub to a splined shaft, this would allow you to quickly unlock the sway bar with no tools and leave everything attached and then once on level ground quickly and effortlessly relock it back into place. Something like this from skyjacker for Jeeps skyjacker.com/shop/sway-bar-assembly/jfsba10/
Looking at buying one of these soon. Would like to know what it would be like to disconnect the rear sway bar? Was also considering the x3 54". The thing I've noticed on them is how well the stock suspension articulates. Real smooth. But not crazy about the length and visibility while driving.
Did you remove the whole bar? If not where did you attach it when disconnected? I have the same machine and rock crawl quite a bit but want to be able to reconnect when I hit the roads just as I did in my Jeep.
I just tied them op out of the way. It was only to test. I have not taken the sway bar off or disconneceted it sence. I haven't had a need to with all the diverse riding I do.
What tire pressure are you running at when rock crawling? Great vids keep up the good work...we just purchased this machine. Cant wait to get her out there 👍
@@rockymountainbackcountry1588 thanks for the information....we look forward to all the fun with the addition of this machine to what we drive now.....new subscribers here ! Keep up the good video..👍
Try maverick sport 60" base sway bar 18mm, 30% less stiff than stock 25mm.. I like it more flexible better shocks travel less road noise...Only 95$ for sway bar and bushings, 20 min job to change it... Let me know if you want part numbers...
I have your exact model! Please let me know if you come up with one? I would purchase it in a second. Look at your serial number, I have number 8! I believe you have number 1 though 7. Please let me know? Thanks
great, just picked up a 2019 xrc today and breaking it in. the third bar on the gas tank, takes forever to move. Trying to run the gas the dealer put in it.

I love the look of those tires. Do you like them after a few years of experience with them?

I love your videos! Thanks for taking the time to show us this stuff. I also have a 2019 XRC. Love it!
Did you try the number 3 setting to stiffen the front while your sway bar was disconnected
I would like to see that corner again with the shocks jacked up to a higher setting.

My machine is identical to yours and I love it
You’re the man! I just got the same machine. Let me know when you get a quick disconnect kit figured out. I’m interested!
AS ALWAYS, GREAT INFORMATION

I haven't tried disconnecting the rear. I do some pretty extreme rock crawling and really dont see a need to. You would love this machine. Go get it.

Well that answers a lot... don't have the rc, lot less rock crawling and more roads. Keeping mine connected. ;)
Did you try turning your front shocks to 3 to stiffen the front when the sway bar was disconnected ?
Sorry didn't mean to send you that question..

For a hillbillie, this is a great video. Thanks!
What rpm is it holding while full throttle? I have sport dps. Its holding 6400- 6800 rpm. I think max hp is at 7200
Henke Pettersen when I have watched it it’s about the same 6800 to 7100
Did you ever figure out a discount?
Nice video, that was some good information. What tire pressure are you running in that video. Thanks
About 8 lbs air pressure.

Why didn’t you show how to connect and disconnect it
