The Jets losing in the wild card round to the Bills would be the pinnacle of Cust content. The week leading up to that game would have to feature a series of TC debating all the other AFCN fans around MMN
The NBA ratings being down is because it's harder to watch games. They used to be on traditional TV watch and now even with league pass you can't watch all of the games so it's harder to find the games. I would also argue Inside the NBA is more popular than the actual NBA games
People that don't like the NBA yet complain about the ratings drive me nuts. There's such a huge contingency of people that in love with the game in the 90's and want that style of play back because that's what they grew up with. These are the same people that think Jokic would get bodied in the 90's yet never watch him play. 90's NBA is so glamorized when in reality, the average player in today's game is so much better than back then. People just hate that guys are friends off the court, that shooting 3's is very clearly the best way to win games and that games don't devolve into 20 sec possessions that are midrange slugfests. The same thing happened in baseball and football. It's just that people like watching dudes hit homers or throw 40 times in a game as opposed to team chucking 40 3's in a night.
It's pretty obvious the Hornets were tanking and decided to shut Rozier down. He didnt play the rest of the 8 games after either. People obviously figured that out.
