Chicken tenders marinade:
Enough for 2 pounds of tenders
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mustard oil (sub with avocado oil)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp garam masala
Tomato Gravy:
3 tbsp avocado oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 red onions diced
2 birds eye chilis or dried red chili
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp white sugar
2 pounds sugar bomb cherry tomatoes
2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup heavy cream (add more if you want it creamier)

Okay, this sounds yummy.
If you do not have cream or want to use cream you can use yoghurt and butter or just greek yoghurt if you like abit of tang in your sauce. we like to use a can of coconut milk, as we always have some in the pantry and rarely have any cream in the fridge.

I'm a Indian and kashmiri chilli powder is not for spice, it gives a red colour and a little bit of spice so we Indians ( atleast in my household ) use a mix of kashmiri chilli powder and regular chilli powder and in a ratio of 1:5 btw good food man, drooling rn
