Oh my - “Mongolian” Rim? 🤦♂️ I called it that when I moved to Phoenix in 1996. A coworker nearly slapped me 🤣 Try Mogollon like “moh-guh-yōn” or at least the cheat of “muggy-yawn” ⭐️
Enjoyed the video! We need another Q and A video soon. Topics: Bob's tattoo, Hillary 's favorite brand of yoga pants, favorite camping wine, have you named your van, and did you ever consider detail striping or vinyl wrap?
That is a nice bottle of Chianti! One of my favorites...and some of our favorite people. Smell-O-Vision 😂Bring on Sedona again, no more outdoor toilet.
Sweet list! Sedona is breathtaking and will always be my favorite..for scenery. Great tip on the meat and veggie separate. Kabob sticks..never heard them called that! That meal looked scrumptious….did you get some Mountain House meals for the stash? Have a great week!
@@Vancaskeys MH has free shipping. Make sure you choose “classic” recipe brown wrapper. The “classic kit” is perfect..for the two of you…for those just in case moments. Beef stroganoff, chili Mac, breakfast skillet and biscuits and gravy. You won’t be disappointed
Hi guys love your videos, glad you got your Van figured out. Seemed like it was a real problem. Im from pine top/Lakeside in northern AZ. We live so close to the Mogollon Rim it is actually pronounced (muggy/yawn)by the way Sedona is located between Flagstaff and Cottonwood AZ. In the Verde Valley. My wife also makes an awesome Mongolian goulash LOL Hope this information was found to be helpful.
Love camping on BLM land. Most of all of our camping in on BLM. You should try Kofa National Wildlife Refuge between Quartzsite and Yuma. Or Mitry Lake near Yuma. We would love to get into Sedona BLM but I don’t think our 40 foot fifth wheel would fair very well on the bumpy roads. Great video.
i wish I were closer to AZ so I could camp there. That said, WA state has some great spots too! The commnon denominator is that the west has lots of free camping available!
I believe road 525 at Sedona is closed, the whole area :(. There is AZ trust land down the road but it's pretty funky due to homeless camping out there
I really like your videos. I am a new subscriber I just watched your video on Boondocking I would love it if you could incorporate Whether you had phone service or not
That such a great point! We should have talked about phone service. Surprisingly we had phone service at all 5 places. We have AT&T. Thanks for suggesting this and welcome to our channel!❤️
New rules with 525 now only has 5 designated sites you can camp at because it got over ran with people making their own sites 🫥 you camp outside of those you get fined now
Please do your homework if youre going to pass along advice. The "Mongollian" thing is terrible and pretty sure Sedona isnt halfway between Phoenix and Flagstaff.

Oh no! We totally messed it up 😂

Noted! All great questions 😂 We have considered detailed striping and vinyl wrap...would love to do one of them!
Thanks for another great video ! The desert light at magic hour makes everything so beautiful. Your dinner looks sooo good .
Thanks Dan!
Great information! Dinner looks so delicious, Bob!!!!
Thanks Racquel!

Yes! Let’s go to Sedona again! I forgot about the outdoor toilet 😂😂😂

Thanks. GPS coordinates would be great!
I have not been to those areas yet, but I loved camping on the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
That spot is amazing!
Thanks for sharing your faves. Now all I need is a $100k and a van. 😊❤
Haha! You are welcome! One day!
Nah. There are people out here in regular cars n vans doing this. ❤

Love these ideas. We are always looking for new ones. Thanks! We've seen 5th wheels out there but yeah it's a pretty bumpy ride,
There are two grocery stores in Quartzsite, a Dollar General and a Family Dollar.
Thanks for the informative video. Question is it possible for a class a motorhome to visit these locations?
Yes, you can! We saw lots of them! The dirt roads might be rough...but if you don't go too far in you probably would be fine.
i wish I were closer to AZ so I could camp there. That said, WA state has some great spots too! The commnon denominator is that the west has lots of free camping available!
Don't bother, all the youtubers out there idiotically post all the spots and have ruined them all.

So , do any of these places have names?
Hey, we're missing you guys! Hope all is well.
Thank you! New video just went live!
YUHS!!!
Lake havasu city az 😊 blm 😊
Will have to go try it out! Thanks for the suggestion!
Is that the Coconino BLM area you mention to the west of Sedona? We were there end of 2022 and the spots of have heavily restricted.

Oh wow. We had no idea! Thanks for sharing!
@@Vancaskeys yep here is the site with all 8 sites in Sedona now. www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/fseprd1056221.pdf
What a shame!
Mongolian rim? I guess I'm a Mongol as a native Arizonan
I believe Mongolian pronounced Mongeeyon
You are probably right😂
@Vancaskeys we camp/boondock next to Canyon Lake a lot. Pay $7 to toss trash, dump tanks, and take a shower at the camp grounds.
thank you very much i'm living OK this video very help for me need BLM place thank you again

Every time you do videos like this, these spots become more overcrowded and trashed, we like to keep spots secret, like shhhhhhhhhh
Mongolian?😂
