Wow Ryan, I think we all knew you were incredibly talented, but the videography, editing and of course music, in this video are all just breathtaking. You all have surrounded yourselves with such a beautifully diverse group of people. You’re very lucky really, because you learn and grow through your friendships. 💛
The Moons are the most authentic caring people and the kind and loving care for animals is so admirable. Since Sadie first brought them to our attention I fell in love with this family and how they strive to bring joy and positivity to their children, the animals in their care and to all of us is well worth supporting. I only wish I was able to support them financially, but I try to be a cheerleader so they may have more supporters. who can make a difference. I just love them.
The people who have made money off these dedicated animals should be responsible for a portion of their care when they are no longer able to make them money. So sad a world we live in. The Moons family are so loving and caring and I pray they receive all the support they need for these animals.
Thanks, Ryan, for helping introduce the magical Moon family to the world. They are a very special family. Also, really enjoying the music from my favorite collection of movies. Thanks for your hard work Ryan. You, too, are very special to us.
Thank you 🙏 Down here in my world (in my past life when I was younger)….I had rescued 11 horses ❤❤ from slaughter .. And many many critters… my Situation changed in 2000 and moved into a town…we just lost our old rescue cat and the dog .. pose my live in granddaughter age 7 ( fluffy little muppet of a dog is a lost soul saved from middle son as he moved away and couldn’t take care of her ) had her 6.1/2 years he pays her vet bills 😊 Yep I understand the pain and love of saving lost souls Oh I have a 1 eyed nearly 12 year old hand reared pigeon .. Had him all his life Soo yeah 👍🙏😊❤️
Ryan, this was an astonishing video. So important that these horses who made a whole TON of money for other people have a peaceful future with caring folk like this. Thank you Ryan for showing this.
Yes, we have a magnificent old race horse here on our farm. His body is cooked from racing for nearly 10 years. He won a ton of money and you can see that he has lived a luxurious life but then when people are finished with them, they find themselves instantly in reduced circumstances. They don't know why that changes and it makes them so sad. They do need a retirement plan with Physio and vets. They have earned it!
As a young woman, I worked building jumps for a large horse stable in the 1970's The ranch owner always told me that each of their horses was worth more than my Daddy's house and car put together. It's true. Worth is not just financial value. My dad and his house, but not his car, are both now 94 years old.
They are a wonderful family and so are you Ryan. I am sharing this video with everyone. I know how much Sadie, Billy, and Gwen care about their cause as well. Bless all of you!
My mare was a rescue, she was due to be put down as a ‘problem’ horse. It was the best choice I ever made - it took years to help her overcome her trauma. So glad you are helping bring attention to the Moons’ channel, they do amazing work.
Good job, Ryan. The Moons are a quite remarkable family and deserve to be assisted in their goals. So much talent in that family, much like The Pethericks. ❤
Ryan, what wonderful job you have done, for getting the info out there. The whole family are involved in running this organization for helping these beautiful animals. Plus, the 4 sons have grown up round the animals. Please help if you can.
Thank you for using your voice and platform to share this family and their story. My dad started rescuing horses when I was a child. Often the horses were afraid of men or adults in general. I was always able to connect with them and gain their trust. They became my best friends. I deeply respect the Moons for what they do.
Thank you for bringing attention to what The Moons family are doing to rescue horses and other animals. Their hard work is so important‼️ They protect and care for all these abandoned, vulnerable animals. My heart breaks for the senseless, cruel treatment some of these animals suffered before being rescued by this kindhearted family. I do hope they are able to reach their goals for a better place for all these animals. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you Ryan for highlighting the work that the Moons do for the horses and other endangered animals in their care. I am pleased to help them in their mission of caring for the animals in their final years of life. You have such a good heart and are a fine gentleman.
They're trying to impliment a similar program in the US for racehorses. I'd like to see all horses protected. It's soul crushing seeing the videos of what happens to these beautiful animals for people's greed.
Ryan you are such a dear.💕 Horses are so special and the bond between horse and rider is extra special. It’s not like owning a dog or a cat or any other pet. Our family owned horses for fifteen years while our daughter was growing up. These were some of the best years of my life. Hauling fifty pound bags of grain, moving 100 pound bales of hay, mucking out stalls, I enjoyed it all. The Moons are special people willing to sacrifice for these incredible animals. May they be blessed many times over. Thank you Ryan for introducing us to the Moon family and their beautiful property.
Bravo Ryan! What a wonderful spotlight on the beautiful Moon family. I was introduced to the moons by Sadie when she went to their farm and did a collaboration and discussed their charity. It's a special thing. They do caring for these magnificent. Horses that in the retirement should be cared for by the people that they made so much money for somebody should be required to fund the rest of their horses life Expenses. The National Horse Association of the country they represented in competitions. There should be a registry for these horses an each horse should be microchipped and be scanned every time they have medical care and farrier services. I know this is not an easy task to get any legislation like this to become law, and I applaud their efforts wholeheartedly!❤ I am a former rider and caretaker of many horses from ages 12 to 27 those years were when I was happiest! just being with the horses in the barn caring for many that weren't even mine gave me great joy. I already support 2 other horse rescue here in the USA but will support the Moons in some way because I believe in their mission. 🎉😊🐴♥️
Thank you Ryan, that was such a heartwarming, beautiful video of this remarkable and caring family the Moons are and wish them all the help they so deserve.
Ryan what a wonderful way to celebrate the Moons and their hearts to service the beautiful horses and all their fur babies. Just a beautiful video Ryan.
Thank you Ryan. I’ve not been able, previously, to find the Moons Patreon account or ways to fund their efforts on their RUclips account. I initially made a donation on a video Sadie did & she listed several links, but short of finding old videos on other channels, it’s not been apparent on how viewers can help. Hopefully all the links can be added to their account directly so more people can more easily find & support them. 🥰
Jenny and Nick and the Moon Boys - You are the epitome of kindness and what people should be! And everyone who is standing with you on this journey is amazing. Ryan, using your talents with the videos will go a long way, and your involvement is so important - Thank You. I also work in rescue - German Shepherd Dogs and people. These animals are a gift to us, and the way some treat them is unspeakable! As for people, I offer First Aid Training and Disaster Preparedness Education and respond to local as well as national disasters - all as a volunteer. Because, as Nick says, the question is not IF, but When ... I live hand to mouth, and have for years. But, since I was a child, I understood my life would be that of service to others. As the Moons say, it is not easy, and can be daunting at times, but the rewards are so much more than most can imaging. As we say in rescue ... Saving one animal will not change the world, but it will change the world for that one animal!
Ryan , how great that you are bringing attention to this cause by this family ! You have a natural talent of speaking and explaining!!! Love love love 💕!!!!
Well, done Ryan. I'm not a horse person but I can appreciate what the Moons are doing. I thought I was going to be sick when Jenny described what that horrible person did to that puppy. There are so many great causes around the world. It's hard to be able to contribute to them all.
The horrible person who brutally tortured that puppy, just was horrible to hear. Now living her best life. ❤🙏🏽 But all their animals. 😢 This was incredible, didn’t know their story.
Thank you Ryan, for sharing the Moon family with us, and giving them a foot up toward their future goals. They are doing such fine things for the animals that so deeply need their help and healing. You are a lovely man Ryan.🖤🇨🇦
Ryan, you have done a great job in opening the eyes of your followers to a family willing to save & care for animals that need help. It's a demanding 24/7 job with the children learning what it's important in life. Hopefully those who can help will. It would ease the burden with 18 horses + other animals. I look forward following this family along with you, Billy, Michael & the many others we meet along with your vlogs......Hello from Southern California 🌴 Annette V
Cyd in the USA. Ryan...I think this is the best video you have ever done. You told the story and now light shines on the Moons and hopefully the donations will roll in.
Thank you for doing this Ryan - I’ve been following the Moons since they started their channel and am a patron. I can tell you that they put out great content and all of the love they show their animals is so inspiring.
Beautiful and touching video. Let’s hope even if people can’t support them financially, show your support by pressing the subscribe and like button and help the marvellous moons in their continued journey. 🐎🐴
That beautiful jumper. The one who put people higher in their careers. Im so glad hes with you. Its so sad that I can see either hacamore, or bridle marks on his sweet face.
There are special people in our world and then there are special humble people. After watching a few of their videos, I was HOOKED. I believe they represent God’s love for creatures big and small.
OMG Ryan amazing video and you have portrayed what Legacy of Legends is all about those horses made millions for their owners and riders and deserve a retirement plan and its about time the Equestrian world woke up and do the right thing
Thank you Ryan, you have spoken up for this amazing family. The love, the kindness, and the care that is given to these beautiful creatures...every little thing helps.
Wow! Powerful video Ryan - thank you for raising the profile of this very special family who put the lives and comfort of these very special Legends before anything else! Love Jennie’s Mum (ps: if you ever fancy a holiday in Wales you’re very welcome!! 😂)
Thank you Ryan. I've always enjoyed your vlogs but this one surpasses all. Needs an award it does. Really really impressed with your kindness and care for the Moons and their very noble works. You are noble too!!!!
God bless you, Ryan, for giving The Moon Family this boost. I came to this wonderful family when Sadie Petherick adopted their rescue horse, Udea. She gave us a link to their channel and asked for subscriptions. I was very taken with The Darling Buds of Moon and subscribed soon after. The love and wholesomeness of this family drew me in immediately. I have grown to love them, The Legends, Boo, Rhubarb and Custard, and all the other sundry animals under their care. Cheers!! Chuck in Northern New England
What a lovely video Ryan. The moons are doing a fantastic thing with their rescue animals. The horse's are in a lovely place. The dogs are in heaven there. Your commentary was professionally done. I didnt get a link. Do they have a Post office box. Im old and not technically savvy. I wish i could help all of you, You so deserve to be supported. Thank you for highlighting their charity. You are a lovely group of friends. ❤❤🐕🐕🦺🐴🐴🐔🐔
what a great video ryan ,much respect for the moons , i love the moons for what they do , special people they are , hopefully this exposure and help from the public will help them to continue their awesome passionate work❤
Thank goodness for people like the Moon's and well done Ryan for doing this video bringing attention to a very good family helping animals thank you Ryan ❤️🤗
Those stories were just heartbreaking. It's wonderful to hear that the Moons are giving them a quality of life they've probably not known before, or saving them from certain death. Wonderful, wonderful people. I wonder if they ever reach out to the people who have financially benefited from these horses in the past, to see if they could sponsor the horses that made them so much money? I'd imagine that quite a few of them have never even thought about what has happened to these horses and might actually want to help to care for them financially. Certainly worth a shot asking, I'd think.
What a great job you did on showcasing the "Legacy of Legends" charity of Nick and Jennie. It is very important to let these beautiful animals have a safe, secure and well-loved old age. They gave their all in their sport and were outstanding. That should count for something after all. I really liked your video and you presented everything so well. Proud of you Ryan ! I'm also now a subscriber to "The Moons" and watch all the videos! Toodles Ry !!! Love ya buddy !!
I've been watching The Moons channel since seeing Nick went with you and Billy to pick up the organ. They are fantastic and what they are doing deserves attention. Thank you so much Ryan for your kind heart and amazing ability to tell their story so well.
Nick and Jenny, what wonderful care & compassion you provide to these horses❤ - you are amazing! What a beautiful family & home you have😊 I have been a long-time viewer of the Pethericks and Ryan. So glad to learn more about the Moon family and your caring mission!
THANK YOU for this Ryan! these lovely horses deserve all the love and contentment that the Moons provide them and unfortunately the Moons are as rare as the moon for sure for their contribution to community and our world...xoxox lots of love from "upper Canada" 🐎🐎🐎🌺🥀♥♥♥
Thank you Ryan for this wonderful video highlighting the Moon family and the important work they are doing. I do believe you have found your calling. You are a very special young man with many talents. See you again on Life of Ryan. Best regards from Alabama, USA.
Congratulations Ryan on your terrific video. You have missed your calling as that was an amazing interview that you did with the Moon family. I have been watching the Moons since well before Oscar was born and have loved following their family but you have explained very well what their cause Legacy of Legends is all about and by getting them to clearly talk about it themselves and it was so lovely to witness their passion and care for these nearly lost animals. Well done to you for helping them and you should think about doing more interviews if the opportunity comes about as you are really good at it. 👏
As many on here are saying….THIS IS YOUR BEST VLOG YET! What I appreciate most (and it seems all on here), is the generosity shown. Obviously the Moons, but you sharing your talent/skill tech-wise and with this vlog, and the encouragement and stepping in to lend a hand by the whole group of channels (mainly centred around the Pethericks I guess). Watching you all encourage, and come-to-the-aid-of, each other when needed is to say the least, heartwarming. This vlog does a wonderful job explaining just how things are. Great questions Ryan, and terrific responses by both Nick and Jenny.❤
Thank you Ryan, this was a beautiful video! The Moons are special people as it is a hard thing to do and it takes lots of money. I have ridden horses my whole life and now I am getting to old to ride or even take care of one. We need more people like you and the Moons in this world. I will be glad to help these wonderful people. Thanks again for drawing attention to this great need.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The love and compassion you have for these beautiful animals is so amazing. What lovely fantastic people you are. Priceless, loving all you are doing. 🤗🥰
Ryan you are an angel...while your famous sense of wry humor is always entertaining, it's really kind of you to honor the horses of Legacy of Legends...and the marvelous Moon family... Bless your heart & thanks for this eye opener 💖
You know how you know this family put everything into this charity? Nick and Ryan were in a 25 year old car. First Patreon I’ve ever joined is theirs. I joined at 10 a month.
Love this video , I have been watching the Moons since Sadie looked after the horses fir them . It was great to hear the back story , now it all makes sense and I wish them every success . Well done Ryan 😊
I really got more information from this episode than watching the Moons lately, I did not go back on their original videos and this interview and video really gave us comprehensive information
34:32 Thank you Ryan this has been your best vlog ever, I already subscribe to the Lovely Moons and am always moved by their wonderful dedication to all their animals and also so enjoy their wonderful sons passion for the Legends.
Ryan. This has been one of my favorite videos you have made. What a kind and loving thing to do by helping the Moons and there beautiful horses and family. This was very special of you to do. I can't see any animal not being loved. We need to be there voice.

Sweet Ryan, THIS is your Calling: Bringing global attention to good families doing good work on a shoestring. You’re a natural spokesman, Ryan!!!

I just said somewhat the same but your words and thoughts are much better!!!

Thank goodness for people like the Moon's and well done Ryan for doing this video bringing attention to a very good family helping animals thank you Ryan ❤️🤗
I saw you on the Moons it was great that you donated your time and talent!
That was a wonderful video Ryan. Thanks for helping them.
What a wonderful family, with a beautiful mission. Thank you for sharing their story!
What a beautiful family.
I've been watching The Moons channel since seeing Nick went with you and Billy to pick up the organ. They are fantastic and what they are doing deserves attention. Thank you so much Ryan for your kind heart and amazing ability to tell their story so well.
The Moons are so special aren’t they Ryan, thank you for this video! I’m sure you will help their charity and their wonderful work
Great job Ryan. The Moons are wonderful people for what they do.
Thank you to the moons because they have blessed us with the people they are. Thanks for caring for these beautiful animals.
Nick and Jenny, what wonderful care & compassion you provide to these horses❤ - you are amazing! What a beautiful family & home you have😊 I have been a long-time viewer of the Pethericks and Ryan. So glad to learn more about the Moon family and your caring mission!
A special family caring for very special creatures🐹🙊🦊🐒
special people the moons big hearts and dedicated to those animals
What an awesome family life. I moved to a horse farm at 15, my biggest regret is that it wasn't earlier. ❤
