How To Build an Up and Over Pennel Rig

This is a Quick video explaining the Up and Over Pennel Rig and how I make my simple version of the rig. Made with fluorocarbon throughout for the zero memory properties and for its invisibility. This is a great rig to use when targeting rays or switch up the hooks and target flatfish with smaller baits and smaller hooks.
