That’s the first time I’m not shocked by your designs, but don’t get me wrong, I like to see something new and bold! I really like this house, it’s cozy and spacious, and basement looks amazing.
Having the birdhouses set up on the wall in the way you did looked like a video game puzzle, if that makes sense. 😄 I loved it. This entire place is looking better already. I really like the separate living space in the basement, and this definitely seems like a pretty quick flip. I can’t wait to see how much you actually make for this one.
Oh no, the magic floating toilet paper is floating no more. :( I think that lining the wall of the area in front of the play area With topiaries would make more sense than just the one that's there already.

When I watch him do the restrooms I like how he does it but I just can’t with the fact that he leaves the big windows. I’ve never been in a restroom where you can see inside.
Damn, a cozy house instead of one of those amazing bold designs ? - Doesn't scream you except the bird house cult which you may or may not have started... Maybe try having small windows in the basement near the bed it should be just above the ground level, should look good and if you want you can remove the window in the bedroom and make it a big glass pane window type thing...which might bring more natural light into the room, might make it look pretty...
