How do I fix my tablet if I cannot get a new screen? My tablets touchscreen does not respond to me but everything else is working. The back of it is loose so I can take the back part of it off. What do you recommend I do?

If you mean "can the glass digitizer itself be removed from the display" That is a very difficult process and is not very practical (they are fused together). Replacing the entire screen assembly is the easiest way to go even if it costs more.

Did you test before install? Try a soft reset. If that doesn't work double check all connections for damage and proper connection. Otherwise there may be another propblem either with the part or the tablet.

Yes I'm sure. Just because they sell the touchscreen separately does not mean the display is not fused together. If you wanted to separate the display then you can buy only the touchscreen.

Thanks! You can buy the 3M adhesive in different sizes online try Amazon or Ebay for starters. Many tools can be found at iFixit as well.

Try 7mm 2 mm and 5mm 3M heavy duty
Always use the original LCD Touchscreen Adhesive Tape...you can't run a professional business, if you don't use the right parts....

This is not right, the TFT LCD is good so why replace it? Why just buy the Touch Screen and put it on TFT LCD, it cannot be done?
The display is fused to the touch screen. If you can find just the touchscreen and you want to separate the display from the touchscreen... go for it.
