The crime, as Bragg is claiming, is that this payment should have been listed as a campaign expense on his tax return, rather than a legal expense. Does this guy really have a law degree???

He talks about what 'usually happens' with witnesses. The guy spends his time watching content that has been created by other people, and commenting on it.
