Hi there just watched your video was hoping when you left Buttermere the bus took you over Honister Pass back to Keswick one of my favourites although saying that in May the bus decided to breakdown on the ascent to Honister slate mine after passing through Seatoller and we had to walk 🤣 bus driver managed to get bus started picked us back up at the slate mine and got us to Buttermere

Hi Christine. yep, it does a big loop over Honister pass, and it`s a spectacular route. I`m not surprised the bus broke down though. They really do take some hammer on those roads !
