Tell them to take 4 deep breaths as in with positive healing and out with any negative thoughts or sickness..until they breath in love and out love and find themselves as worthy as they are!! When I left my last corporate job of 10 yrs my friends and coworkers who I thought cared for me were more concerned about gossip then the situation or truths... I had to get off so I could love myself...find myself . If you ever need a friend, you have one here. So many lonely folks with so much love to share.
