I do not have a video on alternating exotropia. Alternation generally is an indication of visual acuity and implies absence of amblyopia. You should still sub-classify the exo-deviation regardless of fixation preferenece.
Hello I had exophoria My eye (any l or r) deviates outwards sometimes. I having this since 4-5yrs of age Using glasses of -5.0L -5.5R Done convergence excercises for 1+ yr 3times a day, yet the angle of deviation is not improved, I can't say about the occurance. I just want to know the cause of this thing, as my opthologist** says it's in left eye. Plus my no. Is not constant and changes .25 every 2 yrs, how long will this go.
Bro you better go for surgery , bcoz eye muscles gets fix before 6 yrs of age , eye muscles strengthning excercise is not permanent treatment , muscles should be resected or recessed
