Skyrim: How to Make an OVERPOWERED SHOUT Build

- A guide on how to set up an OP SHOUT build on legendary difficulty. Played on Skyrim the special edition, no mods were installed during the playthrough and all gameplay is entirely on Legendary Difficulty.
This build makes use of the multiple equip exploit by transforming into either a werewolf / vampire lord and speaking to a follower at the same time, this allows multiple items to be equipped from the followers inventory which remain equipped after reverting form.
All dragons fought are from the marked dragon locations on the map.

Lol I love how they say the gate is closed because the dragons are around. Those guards are big brain because now the dragons can’t walk through the gate and instead, can fly right above and kill everyone
It's more about refugees from Helgen and spies who masquerade as those.

Plants from Stormcloaks. Plants from the Empire. Thalmor. Just some randos. Fearmongerers to sow chaos.
If you assume that Helgen is bigger in lore than in game, there'd be a lot of surviving refugees from the town itself and the surroundings. Very easy to hide amongst them.

Here's a tip: Instead of taking the cart to Dawnstar, go to the farm east of Whiterun, where you can first meet Cicero, and steal an item in front of somebody. The farm is technically part of The Pale, so when you get arrested, you are sent straight to Dawnstar for up to 45 less gold than if you took the cart.

I always found it strange that there was a guard from the pale patrolling the roads in front of the farm. And now I know why.
Also the helping Cicero guest is basically free 250 gold

/A/ guard. As in, his fists go up. Not a /guard/, as in a guy with an arrow in his knee. Though I doubt a more obvious challenge could be made than hurling a dude in armor into the sky and shouting "Is that all you've got?"

1. Amazing vid as always.
2. While soul tear is the most powerful shout in the game, it is by no means the most fun. I recommend trying the cyclone and elemental fury shouts.
3. Elemental Fury with Vladr’s Lucky Dagger (or two if you want to dupe it) is so so fun. Zephyr(bow in the aetherium quests) also works well with it.
4. For those in the comments wondering what that infinite shout glitch is, you give your follower five amulets of talos, then hit the button to transform and the button to talk to them at the same time. If done right, you will see a dialogue box pop up and you will start transforming. This also works with werewolves. Once fully transformed, select trade button from dialogue box, and equip the amulets from your followers inventory. Once you do that, transform back. Then just make sure you never have to transform or take off the amulets. If you do, you must repeat the glitch.
Thank you for spelling out the procedure. These are always fun to watch, but the steps to do them myself are hard to decipher from just the video sometimes. One question for Fevvy, though: how did you manage to get your unarmed prowess high enough to where it actually kills enemies instead of knocking them unconscious? (Toward the beginning)
So the unarmed kill animation is just a chance based thing - to kill enemies with unarmed you just keep hitting them even once they stagger. If you have trouble finishing them off, power attack some. As to the explanations, I attempt to leave helpful tips in the comments of all Fevvy’s videos, and am glad to see that they were useful.

For those who can't perform the multiple equip on PC : hold shift while in your follower's inventory, it will display the (M1| M2) option to equip items using the right and left click just like using a controller

You can also get 100% shout time reduction by doing the restoration loop and equipping the amulet of talos while having a 500%+ restoration potion active. It will not go below 100% when the potion runs out unless you unequip the amulet
That requires an investment into alchemy. Level 40, I believe. If you don't mind being a werewolf/vampire or have no interest in leveling alchemy, then this method is the best

Nord doesnt just fit the theme of the build, but the battlecry ability fits it even more. Its like your enemies are fleeing because of your great voice

This was interesting, also a build, op huntsman build, race: wood elf, weapons: crossbow, woodsmans friend (found in wilderness of falkreath), apparel: survivors hide and fur armor (survivors hide is obtained through hircen's quest)

I just wanted to say my very first character on day one November 11th 2011 looked nearly identical as AGE the Shout God. My warpaint was blue and the hair didn't have the braid. Thank you for bringing him back to kill more

depending on the build around 6 - 10 hours of planning and trails about 6-10 hours of gameplay and then around 10-15 hours of editing

Hey fevvy, I have a build suggestion, it’s sort of like your paladin build but mixed with the vampire hunter. You basically have dawnbreaker, auriels bow and auriels shield to help kill undead monsters, obviously the rest of the build can stay the same or you can change some of it, just wanted to suggest this

Fevvy you should make a imperial build with a imperial sword (shield optional) and the steel shin boots and steel shin gauntlets,the closed imperial helmet and the steel plate armor and complete the war questline and the rest is up to you
I Found a location for some easy money at the start: Just head to the shrine of peryte then move down the cliffs to karthwasten at the end of the cliffs Should be a dead woodelf with a Chest and a Diamond

I like to use the Slow time Shout, then the Cyclone shout and the Fus Roh Dah... damn, it kill almost anyone this combination \0/

I respect the Stormcloaks. But I see their goals as ineffective. I think it would be best to fight them ( empire ) out of Skyrim...not kill them all. maybe even try working with the empire in secret to eventually take a strike against the Thalmor. Especially since there is a chance the dragonborn might not side with the Thalmor.
Thanks to the talos amulet glitch I can use slow time followed up immediately by elemental fury, possibly the most broken combo available 🤣🤣

I was literally about to begin a new build guided by you when I saw this video and changed my mind
Recently been playing Skyrim and trying some builds and things I haven't done before. This inspired me to play a khajiit shout build. Never raised a single skill or level. Disabled the sneak button so I don't accidentally click it. Haven't used the amulet glitch. Have Beat miraak and alduin. It's hilarious and incredible how you can change the way you play everytime with this game.
