I love how that one line “watching your vicious bastard die, gave me more relief than a thousand lying whores” was such a perfect ‘two birds with one stone’ insult at both Cersei & Shay
Tyrions trial has to be one of the best scenes in this show! Peter Dinklage killed it!!!
Best scene in the show imo. Acting was spectacular and the plot/writing made sense!
Actually, Braun did😂😂
but at what cost? My boi Pedro!
It's the best scene
In all of television in terms of acting
Tyrion: I demand a trial by combat
Headless Ned Stark: Excuse me! You could do that?
"HEY, I didn't know that🤨"
Wait wtf. I never connected that! Yah why ddnt he? It's part of their law
@@piusdoe8984 The only explanation to this is that the North doesn't follow this law. Remember, Ned Stark once said something along the lines that a king who orders beheading should execute it no matter what, something like that. I don't remember the exact words.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I recall, Ned was told that if he confessed he would be spared.
He confessed. And Jofferey just said "execute the traitor" or "bring him his head" against everyones wishes, including cersi and tywin.
Ned was sentenced to death already to be carried out immediately; I think there is a difference.
Pycelle calling Joffrey the most noble child the gods ever put on this earth makes me legit cackle.
still more noble than ramsay and the entire cast of season fucking 8
💀💀💀💀
@@AdityaSingh-fy5vv wtf.... what did the cast of season 8 do to you?? Are u blaming cast because of the writers??
@Rash23215
That commenter encapsulates why I hate most of the crybabies about the later seasons(not actually hate them but their statements.)
That's such a irrational and illogical statement and yet they think they make sense.
Like you said the cast has nothing to do with anything, but I would wager he/she thinks he made a major burn with that statement.
I'm in a GOT/HOTD group on FB and it's basically just those type of comments for literally every freaking thing none of em ever make sense. And for what 5 almost 6yrs now we've heard "D&D DUMB AND DUMBER BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!" But now with HOTD they act the same and complain even more so honestly than they did before and I find it hilarious because there's no D&D involved to blame it on. I posted the other day calling them out about that particular thing saying how they just want to complain about any and everything they can and use whomever as "scapegoats"
" i wish i was the monster you think i am " this line still gives me goosebumps and tywin's reaction by the end was priceless..
The discussion afterwards is good. The thing with Shay or Ygritte, they are women who are used to violence, to be treated badly, to have to prove themselves, and there they meet men who want to take care of them and love them, and they start to believe in it. So when Jon betrays the Wildlings, when Tyrion sends Shay away and tells her she's a whore, both of them probably are mad with themselves for "falling" for it, they feel like fools after all the hardship they went through. It's hard to accept. And in their cruel and violent world (the only one they know) they act the only way they know.
Peter Dinklage received 4 Emmys and 1 Golden Glove for Game of Thrones, well deserved!
Yes but everybody mistakenly thinks he won an Emmy for this season, which he didn't.
@@theshadowfax239 ?? im pretty sure he did? i remember them playing the clips before the award for each actor and this speech played before he got his
Too bad that one of those belong to Jonathan Banks
@@xDamage69 Well kinda, but not really
@@herrjemeneh368 not really what, Peter Dinklage literally said so himself
There's a scene in Joffrey's wedding where Olenna speaks with Sansa and touches her necklace while saying "killing a man at a wedding, horrid" in reference to the red wedding. But we never see her actually dropping the poison in Joff's cup.
The guy in the middle, the guy defending Shai.... I like how he thinks, he tries to understand people's motivee
Yah. There's always reasoning. You can't just react to what has happened. Ask why
He has the most sense - him and Brig is it?
I don’t get why anyone should be saying she should die for him when he wouldn’t leave his desire for power in kings landing over her. Why should she die for him???? And you KNOW she was threatened with torture by Cersei or Tywin. Come on now
People are clowns saying Shae should have died for Tyrion
People are forgetting he didn’t leave with her earlier on.
And the Ned comparison… Ned would have been honorable and sent Shae away sooner - as soon as he knew he would never choose her over Kings Landing and power
@@OpeningsOpenings Bruh, Ned didnt get his own daughters out of Kings Landing before confronting Cersei. He was a fool.
Naw- Shia could have had diamonds and left when Varys offered. Instead she stayed and is condemning Tyrion to death because he called her a whore?!
@@G3ForMeShe’s condemning Tyrion to death because if she didn’t Tywin and Cersei would murder her. Do you have any critical thinking ability at all?
This was THE episode I was waiting for😭🐐
I am waiting for the "I'll be your champion" one 🖤
I’m waiting for every episode this season 😂
Tywin played Jaime. Jaime lost that entire exchange. Tywin got everything he wanted and Jaime barely got what he wanted.
Any time you offer terms to someone and they accept immediately, that's what their goal was and you just gave it to them.
In the books it is very clear that Shae was just about the money
right but the whole dynamic between their relationship is also different
Yeah GRRM said that the way Shae was portrayed in the series gives her an different and better light on the character. The actress made a great job. Granted, there are clues to her true nature, but are very well disguised in the show
and she was way yonger than him
@@jsvvnt yuppp and tyrion is the one who gets all pathetic and delusional over her, that's the entire point.
@@amnasiddique6886 exactly
Now that they have seen this episode, the guys need to watch the blooper of them walking up to the stand with Tyrion and Jamie. It's my favorite off-script moment 😂
Edit: To help Carter explain why Tyrion made Shay leave the way he did, was to make sure she does, since he tried on multiple occasions for her own good, but she would never agree to it. So his only option was to make her hate him to leave. The only way she would leave on her own accord otherwise is if Tyrion went with her, that alone proves that she truly loved him, she didn't want to leave him.
on top of that it is not fair to tell someone you love them and then send them away because you prefer to play politics in the capital, no one would call that real love, like arguably therion didn´t love shae, he loves the game
You guys know that if Shae didn’t testify against Tyrion, they would’ve just murdered her, right? Also, she did get on the boat, but the blockade that Tywin put in place after Joffrey’s assassination caught her. Yes, there’s obviously some negative feelings there, but it’s important to keep the rest of the context in mind.
The hype is so real in this trial scene 😂😂😂
she loved him but before this trial, tyrion made her hate him so much so that she can escape because she wouldn't leave without him. tyrion and even varys tried so many times before to make her leave so that she will be safe. it was just luck for cersei, tywin, etc. that they knew about shae and had her as witness when she finally can live without him.
we all know shae had a good side to her, she even helped sansa hide her first blood and threatened another servant to stay quiet- that was dangerous for shae.
love is very powerful, yes. and if successfully turned to hate, it is just as powerful.
You could see Oberoyn's eyes getting lit up
i would rather say popped out...
@@TusharSharma-gc4vs The gasp I gusped.
@@TusharSharma-gc4vs The way my jaw dropped...
The biggest tragedy of Tyrion is that out of Tywin's children he is the one most similar to his father, but because he is a dwarf and because his mother died while giving birth to him - Tywin can never accept him
If only Tywin could have seen Tyrion for who he really is...
P.S. Such an amazing acting by Peter Dinklage this episode
I disagree on one specific point, I think tywin could've gotten over those two things almost impossible but maybe, but there was one thing that he could never have gotten over and that's because he reminds him of himself, all his "worst" aspects
@@harsh_1910he could have gotten over him being a dwarf maybe. But he could have never gotten over his wife's death. Joanna was the only thing Tywin ever wanted. She was the only person he ever loved.
@@govinddas7876 he wanted her because she was pure unlike him, his self hatred is the thing that defines all his relationship with his family
@@harsh_1910 there's not much to go off of about Joanna in the books. All we hear about Joanna is through the rose tinted glasses of Cersei and Jamie and other Lannisters. Ofcourse they speak highly of her, like they would have about any other Lannister. But its worth keeping in mind that Joanna stood by Tywin proudly as he obliterated houses and killed innocent men left and right. I think there's more to it than just "she was pure"
@@govinddas7876 you're not wrong but i think that might just be an oversight, given the emphasis put on how she was the only person to make tyein smile, smile is something we would never associate with him, so for him to smile(granted allegedly but still) that just perfectly ties in to the tywin's character of hating himself and putting all those things as if he didn't world would laugh at him like they did at his father, he wanted to project the image of someone perfect, and she was his escape from that, even if joanna wasn't the best of person that's till doesn't change much as I'm talking more so about how tywin views her, not necessarily her, idolization of love interests/lovers is a very george thing to do its scattered throughout asoiaf, and most blatant in a song for lya
The amount of times someone makes a prediction that ends up being correct and the people who’ve seen it have to bite their tongue 😂
You guys gotta stop spoiling it by saying “this episode is so good.” Just let them go into it
game of thrones makes for good discussion, doesn't it?! these discussions are very similar to me discussing it with my friends. (Discussing the black and white, the grey, empathizing with the characters, trying to understand them). I loved experiencing it.
Damn Carter and Brig have an eye for detail and have a lot of nuance in their takes, esp in their takes on Shae this episode… love seeing it
I’m ITCHING for you guys to drop the rest of this season already, this whole season is peak 🤌🏻
Gods, the writing was strong then.
The most epic speech!! It’s just as good even after watching it countless times
My favourite episode of the whole show. Tyrion lannister just moved me🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Tyrions wife wasn't actually a whore, Tywin made Jamie lie about that. She really loved Tyrion, but Tywin is truly horrible. I'm like 95% sure it never says in the show, it's book only.
Yeah its book only, and not including that in the show is the biggest mistake they made lol.
it's book only which is BIG MISTAKE since it kind of starts tyrion's villain arc. This is also the part where tyrion tells jaime all the guys Cersei has been sleeping with, this is where jaime's hate and disloyalty towards Cersei starts. The show fumbled in so many ways
@@fratystuff6737Yup. I’ll never understand why they cut that reveal, just completely leaves Tyrion’s plot feeling aimless.
Its a shame they cut it out. That leads onto some interesting stuff between Jamie and and Tyrion that we never got to see
Reading the books so many times, and watching the show at least 60 times makes things blend together so much XD
In the books, it is a hairnet covered in small jewels that is gifted to Sansa by Dontos Hollard, and straightened up by Lady Olenna as she speaks with Sansa...
Another Carter and Brig W.
Cersei pointed Shae out to Tywin before the Purple Wedding, and he said to have her brought to him. Shae knew about Tysha (Tyrion's first wife), and was told by Tyrion that his father would kill the next whore he took to bed. Tyrion didn't have to take her with him to Kings Landing, he could have sent her away when he found out about his impending marriage, or he could have run away with her to Essos at any point. Obviously Tyrion couldn't control Shae's actions, but his last resort was to dehumanize her and throw her away like just another whore. At that point Shae became a woman scorn and had no reason to die for him, and lets be real, her fate probably would have been much worse than just simple death. Show-verse Tyrion and Shae may have had some real love but in the end they didn't treat each other as two people in love.
Your assumptions about Shae are always so odd. She's a slave trying to live a life as painless a possible. Everyone on the stand had to say what Tywin wanted them to say; or else. She either dies. Or says this. She's not free to speak in this realm. And, no, Tyrion almost always treated their relationship as a with-a-whore-relationship. She made clear, she wanted an us-vs-them relationship... and he didn't go for that; which is fine; but she complained; that was fair enough also. Shae always understood the situation better than him. He wanted to play the Game of Thrones, and she knew that was useless. When being owned is your reality, you can only have right now, and there will be no later. Unless you build something. But Tyrion is always busy with 'the later' of other things (which in his life: is fair enough), missing out on the little 'now' she could get (which, in her life, is not). He should have left her be. Instead, he stole her, kept her, handled her. That feelings were genuine does not count: she IS a slave. And he played a relationship with her. And she played back. Sure. But there was no freedom, and very little choice. She once chose to try to build something with and for Tyrion; denied payment to leave. That was probably the only choice about her circumstances she ever had. And that backfired.
And now she is lying for her life. The one she wanted to protect is gone. And the one who was supposed to protect her, has no might to shield her from Tywin.
You want her to say the truth and get hanged? For Tyrion? The Tyrion she knows is not the one we all enjoy watching. From her POV: he hates her, and all efforts were for nothing. And now she goes back to just surviving.
Shae pulled a Criston.
“If you don’t love me and run away with me, I will burn you to the ground.”
Shae would be murdered if she didn’t testify. It’s insane how many people miss this completely obvious detail.
@@Polo-wk7zl she was proposed to leave king's landing multiple time, tyrion tried multiple time to save her life. Her response ? stay in king's landing and condemn tyrion lmao
@@Ayooo0oits pretty clearly implied Tywin always knew about Shae so what youre saying makes no sense. Tywin would have got her anyways.
@@Ayooo0o She did leave king’s landing, but Tywin closed the bay and she was brought back. That is immediately clear if you think about what you watch.
@@Polo-wk7zl lol, lying trough your teeth i see. It's pretty clear shae didn't want to leave king's landing because of her feeling for tyrion and all the advantage dating someone his rank can provide. if you're talking about shae in the book then your explanation is even worse because we know she was on tywin side so no point for him to "close the bay" like you're saying.
Tywin won’t say that Tyrion didn’t kill Joffrey. He doesn’t know who did it and the person who did likely left already so instead of wasting time, resources, and letting it be known that he let his grandson’s killer get away he would have Tyrion confess and go to the Wall and Jaime will be his heir to carry on his family’s line legitimately, it was a win-win for Tywin. Tommen is easier to deal with than Joffrey so there’s no love lost there really.
lol McKay with the Whistlin Diesel socks got me 😂
You guys say "He's cooking" way too much lol I swear I hear it 5 times every video
Thank you Carter for paying attention to the show and the small details, the others need to pay attention cause they legit always question the things that have been shown to their face 🙂↕️
Tyrion remains my favorite GOT character. He's just brilliant. This scene has no dragons, no fighting, no epic moves, it's just a speech and it's one of the best scenes in the show.
His dialogue was the juice. It was great
The giant statue in front of Braavos is based on Collosus of Rhodes, a giant statue of Helios, one of the Seven Wonders. Sadly the statue lasted about 80 years before it collapsed due to earthquake, but it remains were still in the sea till at least 4 century.
I know I said it before, but again: in the books, the Iron Bank comes to Stannis, not the other way around. The show's version, where it is all thanks to Davos, pisses me off. I always hate when they diminish characters to hype up the others.
If yall rewatch the purple wedding you can see the moment when Olenna Tyrell takes the vial from Sansa's necklace
I really don't get the Shae hate. She was indeed a whore long before Tyrion and was likely already pretty jaded about the world and men, etc.. (so we shouldn't hold her up to the same standards as Cat or Rob or Ned). Even if she fell in love for him (Which I believe she did) in her mind, all Tyrion did was use her and threw away just like every other man so now her heart hardens one last time. And I would bet money she was cornered by Cerci's ppl since they had already identified her at the wedding. In Shae's mind. she owed Tyrion nothing.
understanding people's motives isn't defending them. there are plenty of things I wouldn't do, but I can see how others can end up doing it. it's about looking at things from other's pov.
Ned and Catelyn were not true love: Catelyn loved his elder brother Brandon, who was killed on the Mad King's orders, and Ned was in love with Ashara Dayne, who died after Robert became king. They grew to love each other after years of unhappy marriage.
If I remember correctly, Cat thought Ned was cold, grumpy, and too serious.
Yes, not in the beginning but it's true love later on. If it wasn't then cat last thoughts wouldn't be about him
It taking a while to develop doesn’t make it not true love, and there is absolutely no indication that their early years were “unhappy.”
@@Polo-wk7zl there is an indication. One looking exactly like a Stark indication.
I dont know if I would call it love between Ned and Ashara. He was struck in awe by her that one time. But he seemed to be fine after that incident.
15:32 „What if Tywin killed Joffrey?“ Guys, it was already revealed that Littlefinger and Olenna killed Joffrey.
Can’t be switching spots on the couch like that! 😂
Everyone says that Peter Dinklage won the Emmy for that speech, but he did not win the Emmy for that year.
Christ bruh there’s a reason the famous line exists .. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned
Like the gigantic statue of Bravos, there use to exists in real life, COLOSSUS OF RHODES, just fyi
Varys doesn't want to be King. He has said so before that he has no desire for it. He wants to put someone good on the throne, not himself.
I just love Tyrion and that speech is definitely one of his best moments. Peter Dinklage did such a fantastic job!
Fwiw regarding how dumb Shae is, she's 18 in the books iirc, and has displayed naivety regarding other topics in the books. They aged the actress up a ton to make Tyrion less creepy lol
15:10 Tywin was also aware of Mance Rayder upcoming invasion to the wall so he figured he would die anyway.
If you re-watch the EP of Joffrey pay attention to what Olenna as she was talking to Sansas. " War is war but, killing a man at a wedding, horrid. What sort of monster would do such a thing"
i don´t blame shae, for her it felt like they would have a real relationship but he cared more for the politics and the games of kings landing and decided he just sends her away. So from her perspective she used her like a whore and lied to her, which can trigger someone. So she decided to play the game he likes so much and win over him at that
Saying she never loved him is not fair. People who were married and divorced knows that love can turn into hatred
I'm in support of the seating change, Mckays socks are clean (sorry Cannon)
Trial by combat is all fun till you hear you are fighting against The fucking Mountain
Also, no, Varys doesn't want to be king. Looking to the iron throne just symbolizes his desire for power in general. He won't sit the throne but he certainly wants to whisper in the ear of whomever does.
I do not understand why Shae gets so much hate when Tyrion literally told her she was a whore and sent her away because he “loved” her - but wouldn’t leave with her when she told him the place and role he was clinging to was going to kill him. He didn’t love her enough to leave and I’m glad someone in this watch crew here sees that.
If you are going to give Shaee this hate -give Tyrion the hate too.
Honestly, the moment Tyrion wouldn’t leave with her - early on when she said let’s leave together - she should have left. Tyrion -if he had honor and true love for her - should have sent her away then! The moment he said he liked being in Kings landing and would not run away with her - the right thing to do - the LOVING thing - would have been to separate at THAT moment and give her gold with safe passage then.
Spoiler.
I think she gets so much hate because she not only lied about Tyrion and Sansa planning to kill Joffrey, but also then proceeded to sleep with his father.
@@dreamcatchie9868I hear you on that but they (as of that taping - had not seen that yet)
Also Shae is surviving at that point. She’s in kings landing captured by the Lannisters. So her options are get killed - or at best cast away to somewhere like gin alley or make herself useful to the ones in power. I know what I would choose if I wanted to survive. Plus it seems being a whore is what she was doing before she became a hand maid (the later of which the show lets us know she isn’t particularly good at) so she goes back to what she knows.
People are so quick to make her this terrible villain when she is a woman in a man’s world where there are far fewer Arya and Brienne’s and many more Marjorie, Cersei and Sansas. Cersei even told Sansa - the greatest power a woman has is between a woman’s legs (or something like that) during the discussion when Stannis was going to take kings landing. This is a world where women are breeders for nobility or whores or septa’s or witchy seductresses. Both this series and HOTD shows is that is the struggle of all of these women. What was Shae going to do in Kings landing to survive other than what she did. She had NO one as her ally. Tyrion was locked up (had sent her away) Varys wasn’t going to risk his life for her(he wouldn’t do it for Tyrion) Sansa is gone. Bronn works for those coins and those coins only. He wouldn’t risk his life getting her out of dodge if she can’t pay him in castles and gold. Shae had to do what she does best to survive in a world that does not value women.
The man she loves thst supposedly LOVES her - didn’t love her enough to choose her and leave with her so it drives me insane that folks feel she should have been willing to die for him.
The folks who think that way - I ask - would you die for someone who chose the desire for power instead of you?
I know I would not
So you think breaking up with somebody in an insulting manner justifies killing that person and his innocent wife?? You sound psycho.
I don't think Shae ever loved Tyrion. She saw him as a path to a better more comfortable life. She had the psychological edge over him as well since she knew the back story of him and the previous whore he married. Tyrion being a dwarf and always being the one girls would laugh at, has always been desperate to have someone who is committed to him and accepts him as he is. Shae used this and even pushed the limits until she got in danger.
I need you guys sitting in your correct order, please.
To find out exactly how the poison was delivered to jeoffrey, watch Lady Olenna very closely for the entirety of the wedding reception.
Why does no one consider that Shae was not heard by Tyrion either, that perhaps she was going to leave with a broken heart but was intercepted by Tywin and Cersei, because they already knew of her existence and planned to harm Tyrion, because they think that she alone did it for "revenge" and not because her life was at stake, yes, maybe finding herself in that situation and seeing what Tyrion was willing to go through in order not to go with her, maybe that made her angrier and "accept" that She is a whore like Tyrion said, her life never belonged to her so now she lives the only way she has, being a whore
Because they're not paying attention lmao what else. Also she's a woman against one of the favourite characters ever.
I agree, she can be annoying but it sad to see people view her as being in the wrong especially because her book counterpart was paid to give Tyrion the Girlfriend Experience. She’s a common born just trying to survive and make enough money (money that Tyrion is always just throwing around like nothing) and the fact that Tyrion can get so delusional that he believes she actually loves him and then get so angry and violent when that isn’t the case even though he knows he literally paying her to pretend. Now she’s in KL and the Lannisters probably threatened her and/or offered her money to testify against a man she was never actually attached to. Yeah it’s shitty for Tyrion, but what is she supposed to do, and it’s not like she was the only witness, like Tywin would have had him convicted regardless. She doesn’t have the same privilege like a House name like how being a Lannister gives him the option of being sent to the Wall, and she doesn’t have connections like who we will see help Tyrion later.
And even though she loves him in the show, the point still stands that she is defenceless surrounded by a pack of lions
Did you guys forget it’s already been revealed who killed Joffrey?
Y’all need to watch Breaking Bad!!!
So inhumane it's weird
Even Tywin was impressed by Tyrion at the end. I'm sure in his mind he was like "that little fucker!"
0:12 McKay just shut up man
@CinemaGek you’re not exactly wrong about Theon being held captive by the Starks. However Theon’s father gave him to the Starks as a sign of good faith for a treaty. Theon’s father tried to have his own rebellion against the Throne prior to the start of GOT.
Balon Greyjoy tried to rebel against the Throne to win independence from the Iron Throne (which Robert was King at the time). The Greyjoy’s rebellion failed and to avoid further fighting they came to a treaty. They gave the Stark’s Theon his only surviving son from the rebellion as a sign of good faith. And the Stark’s promised to raise him as they would their own as a sign of good faith as well.
So yes Theon was taken as a result of war however his father gave him to the Stark’s willingly to avoid being killed. Theon resented the Stark’s but really it was never their fault and they tried to make the situation the best it could be for him.
Ranking Gek: #1 Carter #2 Mckay #3 Brig ----------------- #4 Cannon ---------------------------------------------- #5 Jack

"Should Ygritte shot Jon?" Yes absolutely, she should have killed him. But she clearly couldn't.
And this is why GoT is better than House of the dragon, the dialogues, crazyy

Hardest line in the whole show
This episodes on to the end of Season 4 definitely is the strongest run of GoT (or at least my fav.). It's a non-stop rollercoaster ride awaiting us.😂
Loved the tyrion speech scene. Glad you all Enjoyed this episode. Get ready your eyes for the remaining episodes 😅
I'm shaikened
Tyrions was always a great character, but this episodes end made him a fan favourite.
From what I've heard Shai is better in the books, if I understand it right Tyrion has deluded himself into believing she is deeply in love with him when she is a "whore". The show is taking a different approach though. Man that speech is great.
This issue with the Shae part is a book to show adaptation. In the book you can tell she doesn't care about Tyrion and just likes the luxury that comes being with him. She's extremely Jealous of Sansa when he marries her, but not because she loves Tyrion, its because that Luxury is going to be taken away. To a point that you expect this betrayal.
The Show portrays her in a better light. Even going as far as claiming she would die to protect Sansa. That while you understand why she betrayed Tyrion it makes less sense.
Personally I felt that the Show tried to build it up for a shocking moment.
In the books, Shae never loved Tyrion, it was mostly one sided, she pretended to love him so that she could benefit from his wealth, and Tyrion knew that in the bottom of his heart, but he ignored that, he wanted to delude himself into believing that she loved him because he was craving for someone to truly love him
Who of yall has read the books and who is going into this for the first time?
Guys gotta let each-other finish their thoughts.
I just scrolled through all 235 the comments, and you haven't replied or acknowledged any of them. Why?
Have they ever? I skimmed through AoT & GoT reactions. I was under the impression they took the RTTv approach & just didn’t respond to anything.
Such a pity the show goes to shit after this season.
TYYRRRIIOOONN THE GOAT!!!!😤😤🔥🔥😤🔥🔥
The difference between Shae and Ygrid it's exactly that!!! They were or felt both betrayed and Ygrid show him her pain and anger, making him suffer, hurting him, but SHE DIDN'T SHOOT TO KILL HIM, she knows the vital points and she didn't touch him there, because she still loves him!!! Contrary to Shae who knows exactly that her testimony will get him killed and she's still there telling shit and twisting everything!!!
I’m with you Carter I don’t hate them but I don’t really like any modern rapper as much as rappers from the 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, and 2010’s. They just went way too emo for me.
peak game of thrones
Is this the season that Peter Dinklage won his first emmy for?! Has to be, right? He's SO good in this episode!
Y’all need to go back and watch the scene of Joffrey’s pre-wedding breakfast. Where he cut up the book with the sword.
Cersei point Shae out to Tywin. Who says to bring her to the tower of the hand.
She did this because they forced her to.
Looking forward to the next episode, always fun watching you guys react.
Heck, it made me go watch the whole series on my own after a certain point.
11:28 Iron Banner?? LORD SHAXX?! DESTINY 🥹🔥🍻
Peter Dinklage’s best performance he and Pedro Pascal literally owned this season
bro, tyrion wanted power, and because he was outsokenly more in love with power than with his partner, he insulted her, crossed lines and abandoned her. and then she get's threatened with most likely torture or death to become a witness. why would shae needcto sacrifice herself if he has wronged her that much and her life is on the line?! tyrion understood the danger she was in and DID NOT do what he should have done as a loyal and loving partner. so WHY should she???
Tyrion's speech was the most epic scene, the actor did amazing! I had such chills omg
I dont think its ever confirmed in the books but it seems highly likely that Tywin was at the very least complicit in Joffrey's death.
Ima come back to everyone saying the…. If u truly love someone u won’t kill them … lol
i love jon and theon. you gotta understand that theon is fucked up cause of what ramsey did to him. he’s scared. theon is one of the chest characters to me, has has a good background story.
i got my mom into watch this show and she likes it. she just got done watching all season 4 last night, now it’s season 5 tonight.
